OSE Export very slow

Anyone else having issues with Open Site Explorer? Been trying to export a backlink report for a website for the past 2 hours (the grey bar has been going that long). The site only has 1937 backlinks!!

Woops! Keri's right - I read that response "Thanks for the reply, customer services." and thought that you meant you received an answer via email. I made an assumption there. Sorry!
Anyways, can you please send us an email by going here and following the instructions under the search bars? http://moz.com/help/contact. It sounds like there's enough issues here that we should look into each one one-by-one. Again, I'm sorry for misreading your post earlier.

Aaron really didn't mean it that way. Our help desk has had higher number of tickets lately, and he skimmed, saw the thanks, and thought everything was OK. I'll have him come back and make sure this gets the proper attention. My sincere apologies for the mixup.

Finally finished and returned an empty report!! Does anything around here work!! If it's not OSE breaking, it's moz analytics not working with G+, keep forgetting Twitter info, cookie problems with chrome etc

OSE Links CSV: Download Failed - Server Problem
I'm just trying to download our Links CSV from OSE and I keep getting "Failed - Server Problem" and I got a bad gateway page when I clicked the download link in the email. Is there a problem atm?

Really slow to load results on Open Explorer and "error fetching your data" messages
Hi, I am new to Moz and I'm finding using Open Explorer a real pain and frustrating, not only is it really slow, but for the past couple of days I've been getting "error fetching your data" messages when trying to show links etc. Is this just generally what its like or is there another problem?

My client's site is www.graysonmountainrealestate.com. Google Webmaster Tools reports I have over 120 different domains linking to the site. Why does OSE report only 7? Thanks, Ken

OSE and HTTPS
It's been quite a few months since the last updates regarding HTTPS crawling of OpenSiteExplorer. https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/20770156-open-site-explorer-to-crawl-https http://moz.com/community/q/in-opensiteexplorer-why-is-https-not-an-option But, as the last update dates October 2013, is there any news in regards to the progress on this subjects? More and more sites are switching to full HTTPS and support for this has been asked and responded upon for over two years. Thanks for any updates.

OSE Stats - Number of Unique C IP's and PA/DA keep going up and down. Why?
For the past 3 months (if not more) I have been checking my sites stats on OSE and have noticed drastic decreases and increases in unique C-IP's, ranging from 600 to 1200. I have also noticed the PA & DA going up and down by 5 points. We have a talented team that work hard to market our business ethically with strong content and PR relationships, white-hat link building all the way, active social media and a dedicated on-site technical team. The data from MajesticSEO seems to be a lot more steady and consistent. Why is OSE showing drastic changes in 1 to 2 week intervals? Many thanks Ross
