Since January 24 Open Site Explorer has not provided new data

Using OSE we've been tracking our stats and our competitors stats on a weekly basis to see how we're doing. We've noticed that since Jan 24,2014 the numbers for us and our competitors have been the EXACTLY same. What's going on with OSE?

Keri, it is March 4 and OSE still shows data from January 30, so no updates in 5 weeks.

We try to update OSE 1-3 times a month (we aim for a minimum of once a month, and are often able to get more frequent releases out). There was supposed to be a release yesterday, but we had issues with that index. We should have an index released in the next week, and the next one a couple of weeks after that. We really do apologize for the delay, and thank you for your patience.

Why is Open Site Explorer Showing me Spammy Links That I Already Removed?
Every two months or so, I like to download the OSE list of all the backlinks passing equity to my site. I do this so I can see which spammy links I need to try and remove. However, I see that OSE is still showing me links that I already removed...Either A) the page that is being linked to is 404-ed B) the spammy website that was linking doesn't exist anymore or C) the spammy site still exists, but the link is GONE. Why is OSE still spidering these sites and links? Does that mean Google is still spidering these links? Should I disavow them to be safe? Thank you! P.S We are not experiencing any drastic drops in traffic or penalties at the moment.

What could have caused Total links to drop from 860,000 to 93,127 in Open Site Explorer?
I've been monitoring root domain total links for a website over the past couple of months and recently noticed a significant drop at the beginning of July.Specifically, I have been tracking the total links for the root domain using open site explorer. Since April the total number or links has been fluctuating among 860,000 - 865,000. However at the beginning of July, they dropped to 93,127 and now sit only at 110,831.This is a very significant and troubling decrease and I am wondering what the cause could be? Did Moz change the way they report/determine the total link metrics? It is especially baffling since neither total internal nor total external links have seen significant decreases.

Open Site Explorer not reporting all 301 redirected links
Our site had over 2,000 root domains linking to it as reported in MOZ Open Site Explorer (and Google Webmaster Tools). We then changed the domain and made sure that 301 redirects were set up for all pages across the site. That was about 1 month ago. Open Site Explorer is now reporting less than 300 linking root domains. For the links that it is reporting the majority of these are being 301 redirected to the new URLs (some of them we changed the links directly). However the majority of the links that are being 301 redirected are not being reported. It is reporting most of the links coming from the old to the new domain. Google Webmaster Tools is reporting over 1,000 linking root domains to the new domain (it has a max of 1,000). We did notice that MOZ took some time to update the domain authority of the new domain. It was 1 for along time and it has now jumped up to 46 ( it was previously at 74). Maybe this is a time delay thing and eventually Open Site Explorer will report all of the 301 redirected links? It is a bit frustrating at the moment as we can't fully analyse the links to the site to try to focus on the high domain linking sites to get them to change the link directly. Also, If all links are being 301 redirected to the new domain should the authority not be close to where it was previously after one month? Our search traffic has dropped considerably since the launch of the new site and hasn't returned yet, so just wondering if the 301 redirected links pass on as much value as thre original direct links. Root Domain and Subdomain Links OpenSite Explorer
I'm using opensite explorer trying to explore who is linking to my clients site. In the main blue area it shows total links as 20, which I understand is to the specific page. In the Root Domain Metrics it shows 4,032 external links. Sub domain Metrics shows 1,973. How do I find out where the links are? I tried creating a advanced link report with the "Links that to" are checked off as "any page on this root domain" and only shows 91 of the links? What am I doing wrong or missing?
