Trouble Loading Dashboard

We have had Moz a long time but recently have been having a horrible time loading the main analytics dashboard. Our computers are new and connection is great. This did all start happening occasionally after the new system rolled out. But now its to the point where we can't use anything. It just keeps spinning. I talked to customer support but they are slow to respond sometimes. We have tried loading in Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

Yea I figured you are not staffed on the weekend. I immediately responded to her email but didn't get a response. Just sent an additional email this morning with photos. Just trying to figure this out.
Been having issues with various aspects the last 3 months. If its something we are doing wrong I just want to know what it is so we can fix it. I feel like its calling for the data and not getting it. It just spins and spins and sometimes does the Paper Airplane thing.

Moz really needs a support line to call. Three days between emails is a bit long. I would rather wait on hold for a hour than 72 hours.

Campaign Dashboard Error: "Our Connection to Your Google Account Has Been Lost"
I keep getting the following error in my Campaign Dashboard: “Our connection to your Google account was lost. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data”. Please reauthorize now. I do reauthorize but by the time I log out and log back in, the same message gets displayed. Any ideas? Thanks, Alan

Unable to view Dashboard after iOS 10 upgrade.
Suncle upgrading to IOS 10 I'm unable to view most pages including the Dashboard, the only one I can see is Insights, when I try and visit others they come up blank or with very little data on them. Is it just me?

New dashboard in reports
Hi Im trying to set up reporting for a new client and forcing the new dashboard on me rather than the preferred old one, how do i configure reports so has the older MA dashboard rather than the new MA dash ? Also i have only just got my clients used to the new reporting format and dashboard and now it looks like you are changing it again, pls confirm if this newish MA dash is going to be phased out for the brand new MA dash ? Also im trying to set up quarterly reports and no option given beyond monthly in the drop down ? Many Thanks

Rel=Canonical in new MA beta dashboard
Hi one of my projects has Rel=Canonical in insights and opportunites report showing as 'none' but 480 are being reported when you click thorugh to Crawl Diagnostics and dev have confirmed they are there so i take it 'insights and opprtunites' is reporting incorrectly ? all best dan

Analytics loading to slow
When i click on Moz Analytics button on top right, it takes me to the screen where i could/should choose compaign, but compaigns does not load. 😞 Chrome throws sript loading to long. Safari just loads page till infinite. Firefox throws alert that one specifi scritp is taking to long to load. I can't get to any compaign 😞

Trouble adding new campaign to Moz Analytics
Hi all, I've just tried adding a new campaign to our Moz analytics account but it's saying that it already exists. I actually removed all of the campaigns we had in Moz a while ago, so it doesn't already exist. Any one else had the same issues and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks,
