Moz Local Listing Score

Hi there,

I purchased MozLocal for my firm on February 27th, about 7 and a half weeks ago to the day. While I've been waiting for the results to populate and the program to do it's work, I've been manually updating all the other listings with photos and categories based off the "missing info" Moz Local provides. Throughout the last almost 8 weeks, my listing score has increased a total of 1%. At this point, should I expect to see any further results from this tool? I'm still seeing "Update in progress", yet it seems enough time has passed for at least something to happen. After two months of waiting, I'm wondering if I would have been better off updating these listings myself. Does anyone have any idea when/if I should be seeing any results?

Thanks for writing us, and we would be happy to take a look. if possible can you email this question to help@moz.com. We know that providing listing information on a public forum is not the greatest experience so by emailing help@moz.com a helpster should be able to review the account to make sure that everything is in tip top shape. One thing that I will say is that listing information generally takes about four weeks to update but it can take up to eight.

Hopefully once we take a peek we will be able to get everything sorted and your account back to its wonderful status.
