Best way to optimize a real estate subdivision video
-
Hi All,
My thoughts on the best way to do this would be to create a video of a subdivision but walking through it, and speaking on the high points of the subdivision, maybe in a condo subdivision where the floor plans are very similar, I would take a tour of the floor plan (probably needs to be a separate video wouldn't you think?). Does google pick up on my voice and can tell what I am saying? So if I were to speak a good bit on the subdivision and what it entails, it's amenities, etc, Google would know it's a relevant video?
Any other tips besides a good description and a good title? I know I'm writing for people and conversions and not for SEO. I get that.
Thank you and any help would be appreciated!

No google cannot pick up your voice (or not that we know about!). Here is a great link to have a look at.

I think the answer you looking for though is transcription of your video.
If you look at each WBF - Moz transcribe the video and it is beneath the video. google will crawl the written content and that facilitates best seo practices. iframes are nasty for google to crawl so video is a tough one.
This is still one of my favourite WBF's and it deals with video. Have a look, I am sure it will set you on the right path.

Hope that assists.

2 Facebook Company Pages - Best way to merge
Hi I am about to set up a Facebook company page under our current brand name Key - however in March we'll be re-branding to Manutan UK. I didn't want to wait until March to start using Facebook (we're so behind!) but when we re-brand what are the best steps to take. Here are my options - I'd love some help! 1. Set up a Key company to actively use now & a separate Manutan page just to secure the page - only using Key until March then merge the business pages (I did read however Facebook won't allow it if the names are different?) 2. Set up a Key page now & in March request a name change of the page & vanity URL We obviously don't want to lose any likes/followers we've gained between now & March Does anyone have any advice or experience with this? Thank you

How to find out what is the best time to post to your audience on Facebook
We have been using Facebook for some time for our business and are looking to schedule our posts. We want to schedule posts when they would have maximal reach to our audience. How do we find this out? Can it be identified using Facebook Insights? Instructions or guidance here as to how to do this would be most appreciated!

I have two Facebook Pages connected to the same website. Is there a way to tell in Google Analytics which Facebook Page is responsible for what referral traffic?
Can you filter social referrals in Google Analytics to better determine which Facebook Page is driving traffic to your website?

Best Link Building Agencies in Australia
Hi all, I'd like to ask the community to recommend some great agencies that specialise in large scale link building (enterprise level), especially around link baiting & social linking. Would like to avoid the traditional paid links and have someone who's innovative in their approach. If you've had experience with any of them, would be great to hear your experiences. Thanks.

Is Tumblr difficult to Optimize? Is Tumblr bad for SEO?
To All, I love Tumblr as a social media marketing tool and blogging platform, especially for niches/brands with strong visual content possibilities. But I've never had much luck in getting good rankings or even getting some pages/posts to index. I've come across many blog posts like this one: http://danzambonini.com/tumblr-seo-and-why-i-moved-to-wordpress/ But is Tumblr really bad for SEO? I mean some folks who know a lot more than me(like Wil Reynolds and Jon Cooper) run Tumblr blogs, so it can't be that bad, right? Any tips or guides on how best to optimize Tumblr blogs would be great. Thanks, Jon

Google+ and Google Search Plus Your World. Are the results served actually the best results?
I recently started a discussion on Google+ and thought I would get some feedback from the SEO community. https://plus.google.com/106060287111641282262/posts/Hpak5R6uY47 This article suggests that Google Search Plus Your World does not improve search quality for users. When a search is performed, I can imagine that results would be skewed to Google+ content and +1s from people in your circles. Doesn't this mean that if you only follow not-so-influential people who share and +1 not so quality stuff that your new "world" results are just going to be low quality? Doesn't this mean that SEO and traditional linking methods are dying? This would mean that the bigger chains will have more advantage just like what happened after Panda. How does the small business compete with this? Any insight would be of super appreciation.

Linking to a twitter account? Best to use the /#!/ or not? or no difference?
So if I am linking to someone's twitter account should I use the ajax code #! or not? http://twitter.com**/#!/**thos003 vs http://twitter.com/thos003 Bonus Question: I have also seen in the past that google splits a domain that has as a secure protocol. https://twitter.com vs http://twitter.com Does does that split link juice?
