MozRank and mozTrust computations

Are there any details on the computations involved with mR and mT?

I am specifically wondering about Google.com. The DA and PA is 100. If that page does not max out on the other factors it seems that no internet page or site would.

The page has the following stats:

mR 8.68

mT 7.95

DmR 9.29

DmT 9.36

Until now I have only focused on DA & PA. I would like to better understand the mechanics of these other measurements.

The most basic reason why google.com doesn't have a perfect 10 for MR and MT is because no site does. Mozrank is the global link authority and importance of a site independent of a specific query. Those sites with a higher MozRank are likely to rank higher than their lesser ranking counterparts and not even google.com ranks #1 for every keyword possible in a search engine.  PA/DA are directly related to how well a site will rank in Google.com using a variety of different metrics.

I'm flagging this one for the help team to come in and take a look at when they get a chance (though they're a bit busy right now with some other issues so it might be a bit). I don't have an answer for this one myself.

Ryan - Thanks for asking this question.  Now I don't feel stupid for wondering how MR and MR (or even the Google equivalents) work.

As another comparator, the Library of Congress's MR & MT :

Domain MR 7.61

MT 8.92

Perhaps Rand could address this in a White Board ?
