Under site crawl, Moz is reporting weird email address URLs as 'Meta refresh' errors. The URLs are:

http://support@ihasco.co.uk

and

http://enquiries@ihasco.co.uk

Once clicked, they redirect to our homepage. Anyone else ever had this? Is it anything to worry about? I don't think it is, but would be good to get some reassurance.

These look like they might be broken mailto links. If you shoot us an email at help@moz.com, we'll take a look in your campaign and see whether we can pin down the root cause for you.

Hi, I am trying to track a page optimization feature for one of my project, https://www.writemyessay247.com for keyword: write my essay but i keep getting this below error: "Page Optimization Error There was a problem loading this page. Please make sure the page is loading properly and that our user-agent, rogerbot, is not blocked from accessing this page." I checked robots.txt file, it all looks fine. Not sure what is the problem? Is it a problem with Moz or the website?

Moz Rankings vs DuckDuckGo

Hello, So we have a client that’s only interested in a handful of keywords. We would like track his rankings through a Moz Campaign but he currently uses Duck Duck Go to check them. Strictly from an accuracy perspective (and not necessarily added features like Mobile Rankings) is there any arguments we could use to convert them to Moz? Editing Keywords in Moz Keyword Tracking Under Campaigns

Hi all, Some questions for Moz Pro Campaigns Setup Q1
As part of Moz Pro, we've created a campaign to track a set number of keywords and it seems that 2-3 of the keywords have been entered as a misspelling so I wanted to know how I can edit them to be corrected? Under "Add & Manage Keyword" I do see the keywords however do I need to click on "Show More" in order to scroll over to the keywords I need to edit / correct? Q2Eager to know if duplicated keywords are omitted when they are entered into the campaign. So if someone had entered in "abc123" twice in the list of 600 keywords will the 2nd instance of abc123 be removed when the keyword list is submitted into Moz? Cheers,

I'm checking keyword difficulty for two different sites. Would love to view the results by site instead of just one large list. Is that possible? Or would it just be easier to keep the lists separate in Excel and just import when I want an updated report?

I have keyword lists for two sites. Is there a way to label them in the keyword difficulty tool (List A, List B) so I can just view results for a particular site? Or do I need to run the report with List A, export results, delete those keywords, then run the report for List B?

Does anyone else have issues with Moz's keyword search volume tool for Google's search engine?

It will show the search volume for Bing even when Google is selected. Then, if you select Bing, you'll get the same data as it shows for when you selected "google". So basically, this tool does not work for Google's search engine. Or it is most likely not a reliable way to perform keyword research. Anyone else notice this? Does Moz even offer a way to submit a support ticket to get this fixed?

Using Moz to find blogger with good PR.

Hi, My manager has recently informed me that you can use Moz in order to find blogger by category and their page rank. Is this possible? The reason for this is because we are looking for blogger with a good page rank and who are relevant to our sector, which is days out, outdoor activities, zipwires, adventure etc. We then want to contact them to see if we can invite them to write about our Tree Top Adventure and zip trekking activities. Does anyone have a good article or video on how to read the SEO MOZ crawl report column by column?

I am trying to find a good how-to on how to read and analyze each column of the SEO MOZ crawl report, specifically, the excel sheet it allows you to export. What I'm really trying to get to the bottom of is what the "Yes" indiciates under rel-cononical. If it says "yes," does this mean that the link in question has been canonoicalized?

Moz Analytics only working with Google Analytics?

Hi, My company uses Piwik for analytics. Do you know if there is a way to make the new Moz Analytics work with Piwik? Or if Piwik support will be provided at some point? Thanks! P.S. : I know it would be easier to switch to Google Analytics, but for many reasons we can't 😞
