Internal Equity-Passing Links not getting crawled in Moz Open Site Explorer?

Internal Equity-Passing Links not getting crawled in Moz Open Site Explorer. What is the cause of this? We've checked the robots.txt and htaccess file, but so far we can't find anything that would be blocking Moz from crawling the internal links. We manage loads of other clients on this platform and this is the first time we've run into this issue. What else can I check?

Thanks for your response! We've had this particular client in the Open Site Explorer for several months now, so I'm not sure if the time it takes to index is the issue. I've attached a screenshot of what we see and what we share with out clients. It looks like all of the other metrics are being gathered correctly, it's just internal links that aren't working. Are there any possible causes for this?

Hi there!Thanks so much for the question! Open Site Explorer is powered by our Mozscape index which is still growing with each index.
Most newer sites are indexed within about 60 days but some take longer- this can be dependent on quite a few different factors. When we collect link data, we look for the most valuable links so this means we may not crawl your entire site or every site. We do this by starting our crawler on a few high ranking sites and then have it perform a breadth first search to see what it finds. This means we may not immediately find links which are farther down in the hierarchy of your site.I hope this helps! What does "Number of Linking Root Domains" in Open Site Explorer actually mean?
I've read through the forum, but I'm confused as to what "Number of Linking Root Domains" means in the Linking Domains report. For example, if the root domain is Moz.com and the number is 135,000 does that mean there are 135,000 links from Moz pointing back to my site or does it mean there are 135,000 sites linking back to Moz? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Campaign shows website links from Https. My site is not https but http:// HELP
When looking at my web campaign, I have inbound links pointing from every page located on my menu from https:// I do not have an https. website in any way. The weird part is that when I click on the link, it is a replica of my homepage, although in text only format. I have attached a picture for reference. Why and how could my top links be coming from this? I do not have any inbound links non https:// from my website Thank you! BNHHc5u

Why is Open Site Explorer Showing me Spammy Links That I Already Removed?
Every two months or so, I like to download the OSE list of all the backlinks passing equity to my site. I do this so I can see which spammy links I need to try and remove. However, I see that OSE is still showing me links that I already removed...Either A) the page that is being linked to is 404-ed B) the spammy website that was linking doesn't exist anymore or C) the spammy site still exists, but the link is GONE. Why is OSE still spidering these sites and links? Does that mean Google is still spidering these links? Should I disavow them to be safe? Thank you! P.S We are not experiencing any drastic drops in traffic or penalties at the moment.

Internal links - OpenSiteExplorer vs Webmaster tools
Hi guys, I run Opensiteexplorer on the website www.fazland.com (in italian...). (https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/comparisons?site=www.fazland.com) It only shows ca 240 internal links where I know there are plenty more also shown in Google Webmaster Tools. I cannot figure out why it can crawl so few links - Google shows 79.000 links found and internal links are pretty well established. Any suggestions from your experience on this difference? Open site Explorer Facebook Shares
In open site explorer I have been trying to increase my Facebook Shares and likes. I recently posted my URL and got over 150 likes but none of that has been showing up in open site explorer. I noticed my profile was set to private so I went back and made sure it was public and the shared link was public but nothing. Can anybody explain to me what exactly the Facebook share is measuring? Because the explanation it gives me isn't working for some reason. Perhaps it takes a bit longer for Facebook measure than Twitter or Google Plus, but it has been a few days and I would expect it to have registered by now. Any help would be great. MOZ Tool Bar Query
Hi there, I have a quick question about how pages are ranked on the MOZ tool bar. If you view this page (with the MOZ tool bar showing on your browzer), it has strong metrics: http://www.bristol.gov.uk/page/leisure-and-culture/bristol-collection-venue-hire-0 However, when you click the 'Weddings' link a go one page further into the site, is has no metrics: http://www.bristol.gov.uk/page/leisure-and-culture/wedding-venue-hire Is this because the page hasn't been crawled? Getting a link here is still good?
