Why does Moz see short Russian & Chinese urls as too long
-
We are translating content into Russian and Chinese on our website, the number of errors are increasing mainly around URL too long, each time we create a page with a Chinese or Russian url.
If you click on the link below for a Chinese content page:
You will notice the url displayed by the browser is actually not very long, is there a way for MOZ not to see it as it appears above?
Below is a page in Russian
Any help will be much appreciated.

Basically I don't think Moz records enriched URL names, because their database and / or CSV output is incapable of storing rich characters (e.g: in UTF-8 you have Latin and Greek characters, but with super basic txt sub-formats like ANSI you do not). As such Moz is forced to 'convert' the URLs to utilise URL encoding: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp - whereby a combination of 'allowed' symbols creates the special characters in your browser window (once a link is visited)
In reality it would be better if Moz would just update their tools to support special characters as they see a lot of common usage in URL strings these days, particularly in Western / Eastern Europe (and beyond)
Unless Moz were to update their tool I think you'd just have to 'manually ignore' those errors or recalculate the 'real' values yourself in a spreadsheet

Moz having a few issues with their site?
I've seemed to have a load of issues as of late. Just small graphical things but still enough to make me concerned. 1. https://moz.com/community/users/4207879 being noindex (however it seems to other users an external tools work) (image proof: https://i.gyazo.com/2e77c94ffd068718e9e149e8afef1e44.png ) 2. No mozpoints: https://gyazo.com/9e0777af3ebbdb6ad58a395bafe28a52 3. I'm a staff member? https://i.gyazo.com/5d7b156c13fa1d0bb6c2e0af3467423f.png 4. Trying to respond when logged out: https://i.gyazo.com/9f5fe8efd372920391a9a54178561e0b.png (not really a bug, however could be a better experience) These have all been sent via support, just wondered if it was just me having issues? Seems i'm staff on this one too: https://i.gyazo.com/6f1bc6372180f4f9f1cb1c7d6f6d941c.png

Moz Local support -- please address our dashboard issues.
We are experiencing issues with two client locations for Hillcrest. Hillcrest Home Care and Hillcrest Hospice Care. The Hospice Care location is displaying as Home Care, and one of the duplicate Home Cares is saying it is paused. This might be due to the fact that Google flagged Hospice Care as a duplicate of Home Care, because they are at the same address but have different suite numbers. Please help ASAP. Thanks.

2. In Search competition is not working at all. it states "not in top 50" for all keywords witch is not true.
3. In Crawl diagnostics I get this "Rel Canonical" issue even though the rel canonical tag is in the website. I have send a mail to support but no answer until today. Earlier I did receive a answer on my questions so i guess there is one way of sending questions to the moz team witch is not working.0 -
Why is Moz report showing duplicate content?
Dear Moz Community Our weekly Moz crawl diagnostic repoart is showing a significant increase in "Duplicate Page Content" errors for article pages that have unique content, unique file names, unique META title/descriptions, and unique H1 tags. Where could the duplication be coming from? Thanks for your help.
