The "<" is not recognised by SEOmoz campaign crawl bot. Bot only keeps the text before < and deletes everything else from the title!

Fix needed.

This does sound like a bug. You can send an email to help@seomoz.org and the help team will get back to you.

Ryan, the help desk employees usually come in because I or another associate send them a note. We're all still trying to figure out the best balance of how and where to address these issues.

You probably want to contact the Help desk with this issue. The help desk provides prompt, direct replies to issues.

I do see help desk employees popping in to the Q&A forums on occasion, but not with any regularity.

I just redesigned my website and suddenly traffic has dropped. Moz says I am missing titles, meta tag descriptions and have a lot of duplicate content. CSV reports in SEOmoz

Hello, I would like to export the reports from SEOmoz to an Excel sheet. However when I downoad the report and open it, all the information is random and is hard to work on it. Since Im not an excel expert, I have to ask if there is an Excel sheet ready to receive the SEOmoz reports. Tks for the help, Regards, PP

SEOmoz Toolbar - Am I the only one who figured this out?

I have been using the SEOmoz toolbar for a while. In the course of a day, and with so many projects going on I end up having about 15-20 tabs in Firefox open at once. Because of the toolbar, my browsing session slows to a crawl and I hate to disable the toolbar because then I have to shut down the 10 projects I am working on. I usually close down my browser when I can't take it anymore and it feels like I am browsing on my 1990's palm device. What I decided to do is install the toolbar on Google Chrome. I don't use this browser very often so now whenever I need to check out a website, I just use Chrome instead of Firefox. Maybe there is a way to turn off the toolbar that I don't know about. Any other toolbar tips?

Do you think Seomoz is worth the monthly fee if you're not a professional SEO ?

I just want to ask the people who subscribe to Seomoz on a regular basis, I just paid for my first month subscription but to be perfectly honest I'm trying to work out whether
somebody who is not rolling in cash and trying to make a living can afford to
pay the fee each month. I'm not a professional I just have two business websites and I'm learning the subject and finding it interesting. The tools do seem very good but I just wondered how people see this service on which aspect is the most important of them. I like to continue, I have been impressed the quality of the forum topics and discussions I just wonder whether I can afford to justify the fee.

How long after 301 redirect does seomoz toolbar take to update?

I 301 redirected a page to a new URL that is better optimized for my content. However as soon as I did this upon visiting the page, my browser's seomoz toolbar "page authority measurement had fallen to "1" it was previously in the 40's... Does anyone know how long it takes for the seomoz toolbar PA rank to refresh on a 301 redirect? I see where seomoz says the redirected page will retain between 90-99% off its link juice. I'm fine with losing a little if it would mean long term gains in terms of good on-page seo. Any ideas?

SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues

This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly. New To SEOMOZ, 2 Questions...

Hi, 1. I got signed up with SEOMOZ yesterday and would like to know about the competitive analysis tool. I saw in a demo video of SEOMOZ that there was an aspect of Social links (Facebook etc) included in the analysis, I can't see this in my analysis however. 2. Is it possible to change websites over time? Let say in a few months I want to work on a new website, can I remove one of my 5 and add a new one? Thanks! James
