On the Crawl Diagnostics Summary, its reporting over 100 "Title Missing or Empty" issues, but they all check out fine?

Wondering if there Is a bug with the crawler or known timeout issues? Site speed is fast, but we do run a couple of large cron jobs out of hours, which may be the cause of any timeouts, but shouldn't the crawler report that, rather saying no title tags on 100 pages, when there are?

Well spotted Ryan!! Have given myself a good thrashing, blimey what a typo! At least a nice quick fix, so hopefully should have a lot less errors showing!

The issue is your closing title tags contain an extra slash character and are therefore not valid HTML. You are confusing poor Roger, SEOmoz's crawler.Remove the extra slash character and you will be fine on your next crawl.

Are you absolutely sure you are looking at the same version of the URL that is being reporting in the crawl report?

Abnormal crawl issues appearing in my Moz results
I have been asked to look at a site for a friend and was more than surprised to see 16,9k crawl issues appear in the dashboard... of this 6,238 are duplicate page content and 5878 are duplicated page titles. What on earth is going on? I have spoken to the web developer as it appears there is a dev site somewhere and this is his response [Can I stress that Google determines which site was in the index first and then removes other sites it sees as having duplicate content. Our dev sites appearing in the search index would not affect your ranking due to duplicate content as Google would see your site as the first site with the content] As I cannot make contact with him, I am scratching my head, surely a dev site should be no-indexed, it sounds as though he is saying that its ok because Google will take the main site as the first site with the content... Very confused! Help need MOZ community. Manythanks, Sarah

Search issues
I often use the search tool to give comparisons from 1 company to another and recently have found it not working very well, i am constantly refreshing as it has the circle whirling round for many minutes at a time, it often brings up the results of searches I did earlier in the day or even the day before, and the overall time that it takes to bring up the information I have requested seems to be getting longer and longer. Now working in a face paced environment this can often loose an hour of my time each day just waiting on information that I have already entered several times. I feel that the quality of the service has just slowed down so much that I am now looking at other companies/tools to gain the same information, is there anything that has happened on your side recently that has caused this issue? are other users experiencing the same issue? is there anything that can be addressed to resolve this issue. Crawl Diagnostics: Next crawl date is in the past
Hi - I have quite a few crawl diagnostic errors and warnings. I have attempted to fix many of them but noticed this note at the bottom of the crawl diagnostics chart: "Last Crawl Completed: Mar. 22nd, 2013 Next Crawl Starts: Mar. 29th, 2013" It looks like SEOMoz thinks the next crawl date is Mar 29th, 2013, which is two weeks ago. Is there any way to "force" the crawl and get it back on regular schedule? This may have happened when my account was disabled because my credit card expired...Thoughts?

Campaign. Only 1 page is crawled

Duplicate page titles in SEOMoz
My on page reports are showing a good number of duplicate title tags, but they are all because of a url tracking parameter that tells us which link the visitor clicked on. For example, http://www.example.com/example-product.htm?ref=navside and http://www.example.com/example-product.htm are the same page, but are treated as to different urls in SEOMoz. This is creating "fake" number of duplicate page titles in my reports. This has not been a problem with Google, but SEOMoz is treating it like this and it's confusing my data. Is there a way to specify this as a url parameter in the Moz software? Or does anybody have another suggestion? Should I specify this in GWT and BWT?

"Loading" error in Open Site Explorer
The "top pages" keeps hanging while trying to retrieve social metrics "FB Shares" "Tweets" and "Google +1". I've tried in Chrome and Firefox. Can I just turn these off? ose-hanging.jpg

Why do the Ranking Report emails differ from the acutal Ranking Report?
I have been noticing that the Rankings listed in the emails are far different from the ones in my report once I log in. Any idea what this is about? Often the rankings in the email are much better then in the report. And I am talking about on the same day as the email was sent out, not a week later.
