Are Pro plan users limited to a 3 report limit in open site explorer?
-
I have Pro Plan but get a 3 report limit for the day when exporting from open site explorer:
- Run a report in open site explorer
- Click 'Send as CSV'
- Message shows: Your export has been started and will be emailed to you in 5 - 10 minutes.
- email arrives
- Link takes me to a HTML message:
You've been busy! Looks like you've hit your 3 report limit for the day. Login or register for a free account to get unlimited reports with data on 5x more links!
I thought I could use this unlimited?

This sounds like it might be a bug. The best way to get an answer for this particular question is to email help@seomoz.org and they'll get back to you right away. There were some upgrades and changes made recently that could be the cause of this problem.

Inbound links not showing in reports
My clients site so far only has a few inbound links. If I do a report on MOZ/Open Site Explorer it only lists 10 domains linking in and, a number of important ones are not on that list. As an example, one of the leading UK national newspapers (Daily Telegraph) has a link on this page to the client www.vidavida.co.uk and yet this link/domain does not appear in the above reports. Is this an intentional nofollow type thing that the telegraph does and is there a way for me to check that on their site/page? http://fashion.telegraph.co.uk/news-features/TMG8655068/Holiday-travel-in-style.html Any comments most appreciated. Thanks,

Open site Explorer CSV output mixed up
If I download a CSV output of the external links and the characteristics of them, the output is mixed up. When I put the data in Columns, some columns are disordered. Do more people experience these problems? Is there some preference I have to adapt? Thanks! SFCTf

Conflict in reported link data
I have a competitor in a campaign - the campaign report shows 181 linked domains BUT - the site explorer report shows only 15 linked domains. Which is correct? And if the site explorer is correct - how do we fix the campaign report? BOTW links not recognized by Open Site Explorer
Hi there, I was wondering if I buy a submission to the Best of the Web directory (waiting for the new directory list promised by the seomoz team 🙂 ) but when I get to the category on BOTW website that will fit for my website, I took some links already there and put them on open site explorer to see their value, I had the surprise they are not even recognized... So I am still wondering if it is worth or not... voilà , if anybody knows if this directory still has value...

Open Site Explorer missing links
Hi, When the update of Open Site Explorer was released I noticed that the new version was missing a huge amount of links that the old version previously found. This still seems to be the case and it's pretty frustrating as we use the tool for our clients. Is this something that everybody is seeing and if so SEOMoz when do you think you'll have a solution? Many thanks

Trifecta Report (domain)
Recently i have found that the data in the trifecta report is becoming less complete. For the last few sites i found that the report returned about half of the metrics it was looking for. For instance, it mentioned that one of the domains did not have a dmoz or wikipedia link/page even though they had both? Also, it rarely returns the Yahoo Site Explorer metrics even though when clicking to see the source the data is there? Are you guys planning on phasing out this tool, if not it seems like some work needs to be done on cleaning it up. Thanks!
