Experencing page authority issues after a 301 redirect

We just completed a build of a new site and used 301 redirects to retain our page authority. In the first week all the interior pages reported a page authority of 1 after 2 or so weeks the page authority began to look more accurate but they were still not as high as the original pages. The strange thing is that when you click on the link to a page the page authority populates correctly but when the page finally finished loading the PA goes back down. Has anyone ever experienced this and if so how did you fix it?

That sounds like odd behavior and I don't think I've heard of that happening before. I'd love to dig a bit deeper to see what's going on.
Would you be able to send me the pages you are searching? I assume you are experiencing this in Open Site Explorer?

301 redirects do not pass 100% of page equity/authority. I have no idea exactly how much is passed through a 301, but you're always going to be in for a wee drop during a re-build.

Why would I be ranking for a term when it's not anywhere in my page or pages linking to it?

'Duplicate Page Content' for dissimilar pages
I'm using Moz's Crawl Diagnostics to try and clean up some SEO priorities for our website (http://www.craftcompany.co.uk) HOWEVER, virtually all of the pages that are being categorised as duplicate content are not the same, or indeed similar. For instance, these three pages have been deemed duplicated pages; http://www.craftcompany.co.uk/pme-rose-leaf-veined-plunger.html http://www.craftcompany.co.uk/double-faced-satin-ribbon-black-25mm-wide.html http://www.craftcompany.co.uk/double-faced-satin-maroon-10mm-wide-25mt.html Can anyone give me an insight into why this is? 1 page crawled - again
Just had to let you know that it happend again. So right now we are at 2 out of the last 4 crawls. Uptime here is 99,8% for the last 30 days, with a small downtime due to an update process at the 18/5 from around 2:30 to 4:30 GMT In relation to: http://moz.com/community/q/1-page-crawled-and-other-errors

How do OpensiteExplorer handle HTTPS pages?
For historical reason my entire site (https://www.banknorwegian.no ) is in )HTTPS. I am trying to use opensiteexplorer to get a linkprofile. But then I only get the links that point to www.banknorwegian.no (without https://) . Is it possible to use it for https pages? Also, I assume some of the same problem arise when I use the keyword difficulty tool. The pages I have show up in the result, but they have a Page Authority that has to be made from just links to the http version.

Page Rank and offline sites
I have a domain with PR6 according to the Historical Pagerank Checker. But that last PR was calculated 2 years ago. I brought the site back online a few days ago and have checked that many/most of the backlinks are still valid. It is now in the Google index but the Historical Pagerank Checker shows PR0. Will it get back its previous rank or something close to it? How long will it take?
