4XX links in SEOmoz

My campaign is showing me that I have 7 4XX errors. Is there anyway to see where these pages are linked from in order to remove the links?

Hi Miranda,

If you download the CSV of your errors, you'll see a column in the export labeled refer and you'll be able to see where these links are coming from.

When I go in to webmaster tools, it says I have over 100,000 404s. Are these not from links on the net (external to my site)

Yes you can do this in your Google Webmaster tool.

Go to Diagnostics and then Crawl Errors. You should find the answer there.

Why SEOmoz bot consider these as duplicate pages?

Hello here, SEOmoz bot has recently marked the following two pages as duplicate: http://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/score/PatrickCollectionFlPf.html?tab=mp3 http://www.virtualsheetmusic.com/score/PatrickCollectionFlPf.html?tab=pdf I don't personally see how these pages can be considered duplicate since their content is quite different. Thoughts??!!

Drop in Number of Crawled pages by SEOMOZ?

I noticed that the number of Crawled Pages on my website has been 2 pages only over past week. Before that the number of crawled pages was over 1000. My site has numerous pages as it is a Travel website that pulls search results for Flights, Cars, Hotels, Cruises and Vacation packages so there is a huge Database there. Can someone help? Thanks !

SEOMoz Crawling Only 1 Page

I entered a new site into my dashboard 2 days ago - everything looked kosher, there were a few hundred pages crawled and a whole bunch of errors. I came back this morning to start work on the site and SEOMoz has crawled the site again, this time returning only 1 page and 0 errors. I haven't even logged in to the site since the first crawl, so I couldn't have broken anything. Has anyone seen this before?

Seomoz toolbar - Server location

Hello, We target french countries and it seems IP server location is important. So we took some hosting at Planete Hoster (located in Canada) with French IP, but our seomoz toolbar says our website is located in Canada 😞 See: http://www.aupaindantan.fr/ Could you please explain? do we need to change the hoster and to take one in France or this one is ok? ...and won't complete the download. I have been extremely patient, but it's stuck there no matter how many times I try or long I wait. Ideas?

SEOmoz toolbar log in chrome wonky!

In Chrome, I'll start off not logged in to the toolbar. I'll click log in which forwards me to the SEOmoz login page. I'll login. Sometimes the toolbar will reflect this login and the metrics will poplulate in the PA and DA, other times it won't. If I navigate to another page within the same tab, it may show metrics still, but it is also just as likely to show that I'm not logged in. If I open a new tab, the toolbar will show that I'm not logged in. I click the log in again but when directed to SEOmoz, it'll show that I'm already logged in. I haven't been able to pinpoint exactly when it'll work and when it won't. Seems a bit random, so am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and has been able to solve this logged in / not logged in problem. As a note, anytime I navigate back to the SEOmoz site, whether by opening a new tab or a new window, the SEOmoz site does show I'm logged in, while the toolbar shows I'm not. You can see a demonstration of the simultaneous logged in SEOmoz site and logged out SEOmoz toolbar in the attached screen shot. UPDATE Also having similar issues in firefox. Am wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that I changed my email address within the past few weeks. KQXxN.gif
