Campaign status stock in status "Next Crawl in Progress!

Has anyone else had an issue laetly where the campaign status was stock in _ **"Next Crawl in Progress!" **_?
One of our campaigns has been in this status for the page 2 1/2 days and this has not happened in the past as there are only 597 pages for this campaign to crawl.
I send a help ticket request to the SEOMOZ team but was wondering if this is an isolated issue or if other community members have also experienced it?

Why did Moz crawl our development site?
In our Moz Pro account we have one campaign set up to track our main domain. This week Moz threw up around 400 new crawl errors, 99% of which were meta noindex issues. What happened was that somehow Moz found the development/staging site and decided to crawl that. I have no idea how it was able to do this - the robots.txt is set to disallow all and there is password protection on the site. It looks like Moz ignored the robots.txt, but I still don't have any idea how it was able to do a crawl - it should have received a 401 Forbidden and not gone any further. How do I a) clean this up without going through and manually ignoring each issue, and b) stop this from happening again? Thanks!

Yahoo Store Beginner with "duplicate content" errors. Can I pay for support? $$$
Hi. I have a Yahoo store that seems to have many errors. We built the site for utility knowing NOTHING about SEO. We just started with MOZ and would love to PAY someone to help get us past the beginning stages. Is there someone familiar with the Yahoo! Store format that can charge us perhaps in hourly blocks to walk us through possible solutions to issues? One issue we are having... seems to be that our subsections which contain items that are the endpoints... I know of no way to label the sections anything but an "item". I'm wondering if this might be causing the "duplicate" error because a specific item is listed both in the section and on it's own page. please help! Thom 888-567-5194

No page reports for one of my campaigns
Hi Everyone! so glad to be here, I had hardly visited the forum and been missing out. I have a client who hired me to set up their basic SEO for their website and I see no grades for the pages, at first I don't maybe the website was not being indexed but report shows it crawled 37 pages so what does it mean no grades what so ever, also showing now rankings, I put 30 to check and zilch. thank you.

SEOmoz crawler not crawling my site
We set up a new campaign in SEOmoz on Friday. It is my understanding that the preliminary crawl can cover up to 250 and this has been our experience in the past. However, the preliminary crawl only went through 2 pages. This is a larger eCommerce site with many pages. Any ideas why more pages weren't crawled? We set up the campaign to track at the root domain level.

What is my next step for SEO?
My SEOMoz trial is drawing to a close and I have spent the month doing a ton of cleanup on my sites to remove errors and warning and otherwise comply with the basics of what I need to do to help position them. What I need to do now is take the next step and move them "up the ladder." SEOMoz looks good and I don't want this to sound like an ultimatum but I am also getting better at Google Analytics and their Webmaster tools. The question is, "Should I pay the money to SEOMoz or just work with google?" I am a very small shop with a very limited budget. Also, time is of the essence...I am prepared to continue my subscription if I can get an answer to the question: "What do I do next and how can SEOMoz help me where just knowing Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools can not?" Ruling out subfolders in pro tool crawl
Is there a way to "rule out" a subfolder in the pro dashboard site crawl? We're working on a site that has 500,000+ pages in the forums, but its the CMS pages we're optimizing and don't want to spend the 10k limit on forum pages.
