Hi Guilaume,
Thank you for your advice.
I took a look at my web log and find the rogerbot as following:
50.16.19.115 - - [27/Mar/2011:00:17:26 -0700] "GET www.goodbuycn.com/robots.txt HTTP/1.1" 200 352 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; rogerBot/1.0; http://www.seomoz.org/dp/rogerbot)"
So,I believed that the seomoz crawler had not been blocked. -
Hi Quying,
You might also want to look if your server's firewall blocked seomoz crawlers for some reason. Is your website part of one of your Campaigns? Is seomoz spiders are able to crawl it?
You might want to contact seomoz team regarding this problem.
Best regards,
Guillaume Voyer. -
Thank you for your answer, David! My website do have mozrank in the pass 3 months. However it turned to zero since the night. This is my puzzle! And now I still don't know why it would be happen. Could you explain this matter?
-
Well, I tried bringing up your website in OpenSiteExplorer and according to OSE, there is no data for your website. It could be due to the fact that your website is too new, has no backlinks, has never been crawled by linkscape, or maybe you recently changed domain names or something of the sort?

WEbsite cannot be crawled
I have received the following message from MOZ on a few of our websites now Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have spoken with our webmaster and they have advised the below: The Robots.txt file is definitely there on all pages and Google is able to crawl for these files. Moz however is having some difficulty with finding the files when there is a particular redirect in place. For example, the page currently redirects from threecounties.co.uk/ to https://www.threecounties.co.uk/ and when this happens, the Moz crawler cannot find the robots.txt on the first URL and this generates the reports you have been receiving. From what I understand, this is a flaw with the Moz software and not something that we could fix form our end. _Going forward, something we could do is remove these rewrite rules to www., but these are useful redirects and removing them would likely have SEO implications. _ Has anyone else had this issue and is there anything we can do to rectify, or should we leave as is?

How to utilize Moz during website relaunch?
Hi folks - we're relaunching our website and have been sure to make it SEO optimized -- descriptive copy, new readable URLs, keyword-laden page metadata, and the like. However, I'm new to Moz Pro and unsure how to utilize it during this transition. My questions for those of you -- assuming many -- who have gone through a redesign: **How did you use Moz to track the success of your redesigned website? What do you wish you'd done? ** Any campaigns or resources you can suggest will be helpful, as I am new to the functionality!

Are there any free (or paid) tools available online that download Meta Tags for ALL URL's of a website?
Hi, I am looking to run an On-Site audit for a website and I'm wondering if there are any tools available online that take the existing Meta Tags on ALL pages of a website and downloads them to a .CSV or .XLS. Would need Meta Title and Meta Description for all pages at the very least. Any suggestions are appreciated - looking for Free or Paid options. Thanks.

How to know exactly which page links to a 404 page on my website?
Hi Moz users, Sometimes I get 404 crawl errors using Moz Pro and when my website has a few dozen pages it is hard for me to find the original page that links to a 404 page. Is there a way to find this automatically using Moz or do I have to look for it manually? I just need to find the original link and delete it to fix my 404 issue. Please let me know thank you for you help. -Marc

Week ending 10/28 - zero organic results?!?!
According to my Google Analytics account - this is not correct - but SEOMoz is reporting on the dashboard that I had a 100% decrease in organic search visits - a paltry zero visits in one week. Is there a known issue or something that SEOMoz is working on?

Has anyone noticed slight drops in the Domain mozRank of their sites since the OSE update?
There's been no significant changes to their link profiles, so I'm thinking how mozRank is measured may have changed. Anyone else have this issue?
