My Campaign has been crawling for about a week now

Can anyone tell me why one of my campaigns has been stuck in crawl mode for about a full week and it is still not done?!?!

I had the same problem. The Moz team upgraded the crawler a few weeks ago and all it took was an email to help@ as Brendan suggests and they eventually forced through a manual crawl which fixed it.

If links have been disavowed, do they still show in crawl reports?

I have a new client who says they have disavowed all their bad links, but I still see a bunch of spammy backlinks in my external links report. I understand that disavow does not mean links are actually removed so will they continue to show in Google Webmaster Tools and in my Moz reports? If so, how do I know which ones have been disavowed and which have not? Regards, Dino

Ajax4SEO and rogerbot crawling

Has anyone had any experience with seo4ajax.com and moz? The idea is that it points a bot to a html version of an ajax page (sounds good) without the need for ugly urls. However, I don't know how this will work with rogerbot and whether moz can crawl this. There's a section to add in specific user agents and I've added "rogerbot". Does anyone know if this will work or not? Otherwise, it's going to create some complications. I can't currently check as the site is in development and the dev version is noindexed currently. Thanks!

SEOmoz Campaign Setup: What would you do?

I've been using moz for nearly a year now. Initially when I set up our site (rac.com.au) it was as a single campaign for the rac.com.au domain. However, our business has a number of different product offerings and marketing teams (Insurance, finance, travel/tourism, automotive, security etc) - would I be better off setting each of these 'sub' brands as a campaign on their own using the 'folder' campaign setup? For example, have a campaign setup for the Insurance business (rac.com.au/insurance) folder, Finance business (rac.com.au/finance) and so forth? The advantage I see to the folder campaign setup is more specific reporting for each of the business units. Are there disadvantages to this? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Usable to set up campaign because site cannot be

I don't understand this message. i never had problems with other sites and now I get problems with this message when trying to set a campaign twice for 2 different sites. I received the same message twice. What do I do? Help! We have detected that the root domain xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information. Thanks.

Help with On-page Optimization in Campaign Manager

Hi, I don’t know if I am incredibly stupid or am just missing something with the on-page optimization report page. I have 11 key phrases set up covering five or pages. When I grade each key phrase against the page I have optimized for it using the on-page keyword optimization (Term Target) they score A/B’s. The issue I have is the campaign manager on-page optimization report only appears to check all the key phrases against the home page, as it shows several F reports. How do I set it up so it grades each key phase against the correct site page. Thanks Fraser
