Way to Avoid Local Results in Keyword Difficulty Tool

I'm trying to use the Keyword Difficulty Tool to research some keywords. However, I keep getting local Seattle results in the SERPs. For example, if I search for "guitar lessons". At least 4 of the 10 results seem to be Seattle based (I guess because of SEOMoz ip addresses). Is there a way to eliminate local results?

How to start to improve a keyword?
I am new here in Seomoz and also if I do SEO I am very lost in SEOMOZ because full of options and instruments. Now I am in a way that I saw that I need to improve a keyword but I dont know what steps to do to improve that. What could be the reason that seomoz only shows crawl results for my homepage?
Hi there I am running three campaings for three different sites. The first site crawl is successful with a ful report. However the other two only shows results for the homepage, i.e. only a single page crawled by the mozbot. What could be the reason for this? Thanks, Gerrie

No longer in top 100 for branded keyword - How!?
Got a weird one here... Won't give away actual URL but for this example let's say client's site is: www.purplebananas.com Many of the longtail keyword-targeted subpages/posts are still ranking pretty well. We recently went through and optimized the site based on poor scores we found from crawl reports from SEO Moz, which included renaming some sub-pages, eliminating duplicate content pages, archives, etc (it's a wordpress site, about 4 years old). This site used to rank at the top or near it for the search "purple bananas". However, after we optimized the site it's almost completely fallen off the radar of Google, turns up way over 100 for the search "purple bananas". Strangely, if we search "purplebananas" we're at the top still. Any idea what's going on here? Are we potentially over-optimized or something weird for our own brand!? Any troubleshooting tips? FWIW the changes were made about 6 weeks ago and while we're steadily building links, I don't think this is the standard "Google dance". Thanks!

Why have my rankings dropped on my keyword report but there is no change for the same keywords on google??
I received a keyword ranking report over the weekend, was horrified to see some of my keywords have dropped ranks by 20+ for some 😮 I checked them on google and they haven't moved (confused.com) Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Can SEOMOZ do Local SEO ?
Most of our clients are local but we can not get local or regional (for example VA State or Washington DC) SERP results within SEOMOZ. it would be nice to create custom search profiles based on region (State or County) and track SERP within SEOMOZ. Ranking reports and even keyword difficulty analysis etc. within SEOMOZ are misleading for local web sites. SEOMOZ default site setup assumes every business doing SEO serves all over the US. I think it will be very beneficial if we have a choice to select State or County of local web sites during initial campaing set up at SEOMOZ. what do you think? do you know any work around of this problem? Any tools for scraping blogroll URLs from sites?
This question is entirely in the whitehat realm... Let's say you've encountered a great blog - with a strong blogroll of 40 sites. The 40-site blogroll is interesting to you for any number of reasons, from link building targets to simply subscribing in your feedreader. Right now, it's tedious to extract the URLs from the site. There are some "save all links" tools, but they are also messy. Are there any good tools that will a) allow you to grab the blogroll (only) of any site into a list of URLs (yeah, ok, it might not be perfect since some sites call it "sites I like" etc.) b) same, but export as OPML so you can subscribe.
