You should be able to log in from any computer.
1. I know this seem obvious but I have created accounts late at night and forgot the password by the next day. Have you tried to log back in to the laptop you used to create the account? Can you get in? If not, reset your password.
2. I have had issues logging into other sites with different browsers. I use both IE, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari because I do web development and need to see how each site looks in a different browser. Make sure you clear your cache and cookies on the browser that you are currently using.
3. If possible, try to use a different browser on the computer that won't let you in. Firefox only takes a few minutes to download and install.
Hope this helps.

You should be able to access your SEOmoz account from any computer, provided you are using the correct login and password. Please send an email to help@seomoz.org and we'll look into it for you via the help desk.
Welcome to SEOmoz, and sorry for the frustration!

Is there anything SEMRush Guru or Enterprise level has that I can't do with SEOMoz Pro?
Okay fellow in-house SEOs, I need some advice please. We are considering an upgrade from SEOMoz Pro to Pro Elite. For a business our size, this is a major investment. I need some compelling reasons why we should go with this upgrade in lieu of simply adding an upgraded membership at SEMRush. Aside from more keywords tracked and more pages crawled (We only have about 5,000 pages, so I'm not sure more pages crawled is even something we need). Right now, it seems the only benefit to us would be the ability to track 2500 more keywords. We don't need more campaigns and we don't need more pages crawled. An extra $300/month is a lot to pay just for the sole benefit of adding more keywords. The reason we are considering this is because we have 6-7 product lines that are all quite different from each other, different keywords, different competitors. All of these products lines are enormously competitive, so of course we want to track each (with competitors) separately so that when I build a Ranking Index (which I learned how to do beautifull thanks to this post by AJ Kohn a few days ago), that my Ranking Index is a truer picture of how we are doing for keywords related to specific product lines, against the right specific competitors. Because of the keyword limitations in SEOMoz Pro (1,000 max), we can't come close to covering everything. Is increasing our level at SEOMoz really the best, most affordable option to do what we want to do? I realize I might get some bias here, but we are really trying to research cost-effective options, as $4,790 is a huge investment for us. Thoughts?

SEOmoz campaign - keyword rankings...
Hi there, I have a quick question: Does it make a difference if I add keywords to a campaign with the '[' and ']' brackets included? I just realized that I had copy/pasted many of my keywords from the exported CSV from the Google AdWords Keyword Tool and I fear that the keyword rankings on SEOmoz might factor the brackets as part of the keywords themselves. Thanks in advance! Ben

SEOmoz Dashboard Report: Crawl Diagnostic Summary
Hi there, I'm noticing that the total errors for our website has been going up and down drastically almost every other week. 4 weeks ago there were over 10,000 errors. 2 weeks ago there were barely 1,000 errors. Today I'm noticing it's back to over 12,000 errors. It says the majority of the errors are from duplicate page content & page title. We haven't made any changes to the titles or the content. Some insight and explanation for this would be much appreciated. Thanks, Gemma

How does SEOMoz get ranking data? is it automated queries to Google?
Google's terms don't allow automated queries without Google's permission. https://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66357 How does SEOMoz get ranking data then? Is it sending automated queries with or without Google's permission? is it violating Google's guideline? Will it affect my site performance as far as rankings?

SEOMoz only crawling 5 pages of my website
Hello, I've added a new website to my SEOmoz campaign tool. It only crawls 5 pages of the site. I know the site has way more pages then this and also has a blog. Google shows at least 1000 results indexed. Am I doing something wrong? Could it be that the site is preventing a proper crawl? Thanks Bill
