Bulk OSE Open Site Explorer Tool?

I am trying to do some spring cleaning for a client and hoping to prune any unnecessary domains. Is there a tool that will check, in bulk, these domains through Open Site Explorer? I've looked through all the different Excel spread sheet apps and google doc apps but they are incredibly buggy if they work at all since SEOmoz changed their data limits. Maybe a new tool has been updated in the last few months that I am not aware of.

Whats about Mozcheck? I'm searching for 500 urls and its taking FOREVER.

I tried it, seems a bit buggy for bulk checks. Getting "throttled" errors for anything more than 10 at a time. I decided to use MajesticSEO for bulk domain checks. Appears to me that SEOmoz needs to develop their own tool using their own API. If I have any downtime (ha!) i'll see if I can try to program my own.

The most updated tool to incorporate the Moz API within a spreadsheet was released by Chris Le in March:

I haven't tried it myself, but he claims to have updated to account for the new rate limits. Let me know what you think.

403 error for a member site
Perhaps a stupid question but SEOmoz registers 403 errors for pages behind a membersite (ie. they are restricted on purpose). Should I noindex these pages or just let SEOmoz register these "errors"?

Conflicting Data with Open Site Explorer & SEO Moz Toolbar
Hi there, Why is my SEOmoz toolbar showing me higher linking root domains than open site explorer? For example, for this site: http://thisisouryear.com/, the linking root domains in SEOMOZ show 1,015 and in open site explorer it says it has 35. I have noticed this for other sites as well. Which one is right? And why are they different?
