Is there a way to get the SEO campaign crawl to run from outside the US?
-
We are working on a international site that uses IP redirection. I am currently trying to crawl and monitor the Australian version of the site, however the pro-campaign crawler is running from the US and only giving me US data.
Is there a way to tell the crawler to run through a local proxy so we can track international versions?
Thanks!

Hi David,
Great question. I'm not sure if that's possible or not, I know there are a lot of options via Linkscape's API but you're talking about Crawl Reports and that's a separate issue entirely. I'd suggest asking the SEOMoz Staff about it... I'd love to know my self.

If it's not currently possible you might want to add it to the Request a Feature page.
Thanks,
Anthony

First Campaign: No email when each step is completed?
I joined SEOMoz 6 days ago and set up my first campaign straight away. On my Campaign Overview, it says: "Here's what you can expect over the coming days (we'll send you an email when each step is completed". But I've not received an email saying that any of the steps are completed, so I haven't really used any of the tools yet as I wanted to wait until I had something to work with 🙂 Since it's almost been 7 days (will be 7 tomorrow), do I assume that most if not all of the stages have now been completed and I can get started? Thanks, Iain.

I have a campaign setup a couple weeks ago and noticed that only 1 page has been crawled. Is there something I need to do to get all pages crawled?

Crawl Report Warnings
How much notice should be paid to the warnings on the SEO Moz crawl reports? We manage a fairly large property site and a lot of the errors on the crawl reports relate to automated responses. As a matter of priority which of the list below will have negative affects with the search engines? Temporary RedirectToo Many On-Page LinksOverly-Dynamic URLTitle Element Too Long (> 70 Characters)Title Missing or EmptyDuplicate Page ContentDuplicate Page TitleMissing Meta Description Tag

Should I be running my crawl on our www address or our non-www address?
I currently run our crawl on oursitename.com, but am wondering if it should be run on www.oursitename.com instead.

Nuts and Bolts Ecommerce SEO approach
Hi there, I have an ecommerce store that is just starting to rank for some good, competitive keywords. So I want to step on the gas a bit and get to the top of the search engines. What I've been doing: 1. Article marketing;
Moz Pro | | alex1030
2. Link wheels;
3. Giveaway promotions;
4. Buying expensive links from the main directories (yahoo, botw, business.com, etc) At this point, I'd like to bring in and train an SEO to do all of the above and more. Is there an eCommerce SEO 101-401 training module on this site? Or even better, is anyone willing to share a mindmap with the steps broken down? Thanks! Jon0 -
Is there any way to manually initiate a crawl through SEOMoz?
... or do you actually have to wait a week for the next scheduled crawl date on a particular campaign? We've just made a ton of changes to our site, and it would be helpful to know if they will generate any warnings or errors sooner rather than later. Thanks!
