How to use the information

I've just signed up and now I want to start using all the information that your site is providing. How do I go about it?
I know how to get to the 'back end' of my site, Joomla (CMS) and can alter all the information. I just need to know how to implement all the data you give me.
Sorry, but I am new to this.....

Hi Robert,
There is a "Getting Started" video intro to the software which will give you a place to start on this page where you will also find information about the weekly Welcome Webinar with Moz staff.
I would recommend that you also sign up for the next Welcome Webinar so you can ask any questions you may have about the different tools in the SEOmoz toolkit and how you can use them.
There is a Welcome Webinar every Friday morning and you will find a button on that page to Reserve your Spot at the next one.
When using the Pro App, if you need a little clarification of how a particular tool works (for example if you are in the On-page Tool area) you will find a tiny blue "Help" link at the top right of the page that will take you to the help page for that tool.
If there is anything that hasn't been explained by the video or help pages, you can email direct to the Help team - help at seomoz.org. They are actually pretty awesome and always happy to help you out.
There are also a lot of great SEOmoz resources that will help you get your head around it all... The Beginner's Guide to SEO is one of the best. It is included in the list of resources in this thread from a while ago.
Hope that helps,
Sha

Is there any set benefit in using a URL tracking engine on a domain for passing link juice?
Is there any set benefit in using a URL tracking engine on a domain for passing link juice? I.E. xxxx.com?$id=1111 to then redirect to shareasale? The client has an affiliate program and is thinking of running one in-house as well. Is there a benefit to a “redirect engine” that uses the website root domain?

Is there an advantage to using rel=canonical rather than noindex on pages on my mobile site (m.company.com)?
Is there an advantage to using link rel=alternate (as recommended by Google) rather than noindex on pages on my mobile site (m.company.com)? The content on the mobile pages is very similar to the content on the desktop site. I see Google recommends canonical and alternate tags, but what are the benefits of using those rather than noindex?

Why Doesn't Moz Use Wistia Backlink Embed Feature
I am using Wistia videos for my website and they have an embed feature which gives option to include a backlink to one's site, which I thought was great. I took a random Moz whiteboard Friday video (http://moz.com/blog/what-should-i-put-on-the-homepage-whiteboard-friday) and I do not see the backlink feature if I click on "embed" button below the video. Question: why would Moz not use such feature? Bad SEO or simply because Moz does not need it?

Danger in using utm_source and utm_medium to track tens of thousands of cross domain redirects
We just merged with another company and are redirecting their domains (competitive/similar content) to our own. We'll have several domains, redirecting (301) several hundred thousand URL's to our domain (not all the same page, very unique mappings). Will adding utm_source, et al parameters to the URL's have a negative impact on how google transfers value to the pages based on the redirect authority passed? Any points of view? We have a self referencing canonical, but given that we have 90 million pages on the current domain (and climbing), seems like cleanest approach would be to not use redirects. Thanks, Jeff

Using WP All Import csv import plugin for wordpress to daily update products on large ecommerce site. Category naming and other issues.
We have just got an automated solution working to upload about 4000 products daily to our site. We get a CSV file from the wholesalers server each day and the way they have named products and categories is not ideal. Although most of the products remain the same (don't need to be over written) Some will go out of stock or prices may change etc. Problem is we have no control over the csv file so we need to keep the catagories they have given us. Might be able to create new catgories and have products listed under multiple categories? If anyone has used wp all import or has knoledge in this area please let me know. I have plenty more questions but this should start the ball rolling! Thanks in advance mozzers

Which search engines still use Meta Keywords?
I know Google doesn't use meta keywords in meta tags, but i was wondering if there are other smaller search engines that still do? Id it worth it to add meta keywords for them?

How do you use local keywords naturally in a sentence?
Some local SEO key phrases are difficult to use naturally in a sentence - consider "dry cleaners Birmingam". Do you have any ideas about how to use this type of phrase in a natutral-sounding way when writing content?

Anyone Used ScrapeBox or SEONukeX Before?
I have been looking at trying out Scrapebox or SEONukex for a while, but don't want to wast my money. Has anyone tried them out with positive success? I am not looking for an automated submission platform necessarily. I am simply looking for a platform to tell me which sites are relevant to mine, dofollow, etc. That is what I would be using them for.
