Keywords abuse?

WE are using the best keywords all over our eStore:
Furnace Filter and Furnace Filters.
Is it abusing when we list items like:
10x20x1 furnace filter
10x20x2furnace filter
10x20x4 furnace filter
and so on...
we have almost 100 different filters on sale. see example:
http://www.furnacefilterscanada.com/categories/Furnace-Filter-See-All/

Also, right now, each page has a different title.
ex: 20x25x4 furnace filter
Customers are searching for filter size in the long tail.
If I use one products and 50 differents size option, I won't be able to use page title for a specifics furnace filter size.
Does anybody has a solution?

Wow, I have work to do...
We have 50 different sizes for each filters. One is gold, one silver and the last one bronze. Total 150 products. What will be your recommendations?

100% agree. It's only an issue if you're failing to provide unique content page-by-page, and right now I don't think there's enough to differentiate.

The page having so many mentions of the keyphrase when it isn't really necessary looks spammy to me and I would expect (and hope to an extent) that the search engines would think so to. These sorts of tactics were seen as spammy years ago let alone in 2011. Apologies if I sound harsh...its true
Each mention of the keyphrase seems to get a link to the same product just a different size. The links don't work for me and I can't believe you are goign to provide unique content for each page when only the size is different. Therefore you will end up with duplicate content issues.

Keywords and content query
Hi we are in the process of redesigning a web site and I’m looking to ensure each of the pages are correctly optimized. I’m concerned that some of the pages do not allow for text or content . From an optimization perspective is there a general rule around the amount of text a page should have and the amount/ration of keywords they should contain? Any advice would be much appreciated.

How accurate is Googles Keyword Planner?
I did some keyword research for our company. Some of the terms we got 100,000 search volume for in 2011 now have only 90 monthly searches. I am doing exact match for both US and Global and neither are any where near those high of numbers. Now I can't say how the old report on this was done but we are all a little skeptical of these numbers. Is there any other tool out there for search volume on Google? The Moz tool while it lists Google as an option only does Bing. Thank you!

Advice - Keywords, good semantic practice...
Hi everyone, I'm still new to SEO so bear with me. I'm fairly ok with what determines good 'On page optimization' grading. Have a few good results but mostly for my ecommerce website. Now I'm building up blog content I'm often puzzled how SEO experts balance good editorial web page titles with how people actually search. An example: Buy Biggie Smalls Versace Sunglasses I have created the page title 'Buy Biggie Smalls Versace Sunglasses - Company' Created a and tag with the same keywords... drop the term a few times on the page, add to a few alt tags, add the term to the url.... but this looks contrived & isn't exactly an exciting web page title which would entice people to click through. Or is it? A more interesting web page title might be something like 'Versace & Biggie Smalls - his influence on a new generation of Hip Hop culture'. Ok this is a completely different long-tail keyword phrase. But do I need to do both? How would a seasoned SEO expert blend the dull search term into some interesting page title and hence all other on page optimization aspects. Hope you get what I'm trying to explain. How does SEOmoz account for articles (a, the) and transitions (in, on) in keywords?
For instance, if I want to track traffic for a sports memorabilia store in Miami, and I only have "sports memorabilia shop Miami" as a keyword to track, will it track traffic of people who visited the shop's site after searching for "sports memorabilia shop IN miami"? Or would I have to use both "sports memorabilia shop Miami" AND "sports memorabilia in Miami"? I know Google doesn't show results with "in", "and", "the", etc., but Google Analytics tracks them, so I'm curious about how SEOmoz does it. Thanks in advance.

Is it bad to optimize for tier one keywords only?
Hello, My site is about personalized cards, and I have optimized (rank A) each sample page to the main topic of the card (eg: sapo pepe). So when people search for that keyword (sapo pepe), my page ranks high. Now, if instead of checking the optimization for "sapo pepe" I check for "cards sapo pepe" I get an F, because the keyword is not there. Thing is that people search for different tier 2 keywords, like "cards, models, examples, etc" and I cannot put that many keywords in the page... My question is: does Search Engines rank you high if you optimize your page for a subset of the keywords people search for? I understand that if someone optimizes for "cards sapo pepe" they would get higher than my site. Hope I was clear, any comment is appreciated! Thanks, MAriano
