Does anyone know of a PRO Q&A Forum software that could be used on our domain, www.curadebt.com ? This is a great way for people to earn points and help each other. We've tried other traditional forum software and it didn't work too well nor did people like to participate.

404 errors High Priority Issues in Moz Pro: change to 301 or not ?

Hi there, Moz Pro is showing us 404 errors on our site as High Priority Issues. These 404 errors regard deleted product pages, which we did not 301. Should we 301 them all backwards ? We have an ecommerce site. After reading How Should You Handle Expired Content? on Moz and a few other Q&A discussions I now know we should 301 each expired url and now we do so. My concern is with what was done in the past, and what we should do about it: for the past few years we have been leaving the pages on the site, creating a big amount of outdated url's without either content nor traffic in march our IT decided to delete these url's, and ask for a webpage removal in Google Search Console: we 301 only a 40 url's and 404 the other 3500 now 6 monthts after, we still have 2500 crawl errors in the Search Console, and Moz Pro finding each week new 404 errors Our SEO consultant says we should not bother about the errors shown in the Search Console. But I am concerned about these errors not reducing, and about Moz Pro High Priority Issues: should we 301 the url's to similar categories or products?

Duplicate Content & Rel Canonical Tag not working

I'm really questioning the legitimacy of the duplicate content flags with moz. I'm building a website that sells home decor products and a lot of the pages are similar in structure (As would be expected with a store that sells thousands of individual products). It seems a little overkill to me to flag the following pages as duplicate content. They have different urls, titles, h1, h2, and h3 tages, different meta tags, etc. Right now, it's saying that the following have duplicate page content: http://www.countryporchhomedecor.com

It keeps saying that pages with a rel canonical tag are duplicates when some of the urls that it's flagging shouldn't even be indexed because of the canonical tag. How long for authority to transfer form an old page to a new page via a 301 redirect? (& Moz PA score update?)

Hi How long aproximately does G take to pass authority via a 301 from an old page to its new replacement page ? Does Moz Page Authority reflect this in its score once G has passed it ? All Best

Can you change the websites in your PRO Dashboard?

Hello, I set a client's website in one of my 5 campaigns in my Pro Dashboard. But my client changed his domain. I don't see an option to change the domain server in the Campaign settings. Is it possible?

I have had ro resubmit my sitemap to google, Bing & yahoo. Does SEOmoz automatically pic that up?

Hi there I am monitoring this website for a client: www.smsquality.com Someone on their side had gone and blocked the sitemap from being crawled and also in some form or another removed it as well. (Confusing I know) However I have gone and recreated the sitemat for these guys allowing robots to crawl the site, resubmitted it to all major search engines. My question is; Will SEOmoz be ableto crawl the site like it usually does and give me proper results for my Keywords placed into the Keywords Capmaign as well as give me Onsite page crawls using these keywords with proper results? SEOmoz PRO Custom Reports Issues

This post is for all PRO members, On January 2, 2012, we found a serious bug in our custom reporting system that made it possible for some of our customers to see other customers’ custom reports. This affected less than 1% of our customers in total (.6 % to be exact). Fewer than 100 reports could potentially be viewed by another customer. We are taking this matter very seriously. 98 accounts were affected and we will be contacting those people individually via their account email addresses. If you do not receive an email from us, don’t worry - you were not affected. Soon after we discovered the problem, we completely turned off access to these reports; even though people may have been provided access previously, the access was limited to a short time period. They no longer have access to the reports whatsoever. The issue has now been resolved and all reports moving forward are functioning properly.
