Too early? Rebuilt website from .asp to .php... Internal pages not ranking at all!

Am I jumping the gun on expecting results?
I recently switched our ecommerce website from .asp to .php (new site went up May 15th) but we did not switch domain names.
we seems to be doing better until a few days ago when traffic took a steep drop... (not like we were getting that much in the first place either)
I was wondering if I'm doing something completely wrong or do i need to wait longer? Are big swings normal when relaunching a website? am I just being too anxious? The internal pages are getting no juice and I dont know why...
I know i need to build on the links to the site? but am I doing something else completely wrong to see the orgranic search results drop down to almost nothing? I'm really new to SEO and would love if i could get another opinion on http://www.moondoggieinc.com.

for internal links does it matter if you have the full address or just the partial?
www.moondoggieinc.com/dog-harness.php vs. ../dog-harness.php?

Why Would My Page Have a Higher PA and DA, Links & On-Page Grade & Still Not Rank?
The Search Term is "Alcohol Ink" and our client has a better page authority, domain authority, links to the page, and on-page grade than those in the SERP for spaces 5-10 and we're not even ranked in the top 51+ according to Moz's tracker. The only difference I can see is that our URL doesn't use the exact text like some of the 5-10 do. However, regardless of this, our on-page grade is significantly higher than the rest of them. The one thing I found was that there were two links to the page (that we never asked for) that had a spam score in the low 20's and another in the low 30's. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to maybe get around this? Certainly, a content campaign and linking campaign around this could also help but I'm kind of scratching my head. The client is reputable, with a solid domain age and well recognized in the space so it's not like it's a noob trying to get in out of nowhere.

Blog page ranked in a matter of hours, now what to continue climbing ?
Hello, I just published a blog page a few days ago and it currently ranks on 3 rd page for the keyword "loire valley bike tours". Something I haven't managed to do for years with my page that talks about tours in the loire valley. My guess is that I have better content on it. Now my question is : will it continue climbing (if so at what rate) or will it stay there unless I improve my content and get links to it or will google calculate its PR and have it slowly climb over time...without changing anything. Parallax site with snippets of internal pages on the homepage
Hello, I am working on a parallax site that also has an internal landing page structure. The homepage includes snippets of the existing copy from some of the other internal pages. My question is what can I do to the homepage to prevent duplicate content in this situation? We aren't utilizing the entire landing page on the homepage just a few lines. Would it be possible to place a 'no-index, follow' tag on these sections? Thanks in Advance

Blog home page and ranking
My question is in regards to ranking a blog under our domain www.xxx.co.uk/blog If we are targeting pc blog should the home page have some content in the side bar or somewhere that stays there contantly.

Home Page Got Indexed as httpS and Rankings Went Down.
Hello fellow SEO's About 3 weeks ago all of a sudden the home page on our Magento based website went down in rankings (from top 10 to page 3-4 Google) and was showing as httpS - instead of usual http. It first happened with just a few keywords and a week later any search phrase was returning the httpS result for the home page. When I view cache for the home page now it (both http and httpS versions) it gives me this http://clip2net.com/s/2OtPS We are not blocking anything in robots.txt Robots tags are set to index,follow There are hardly any external links pointing at the home pages as httpS This only affected the home page - all other pages rank where they used to and appear as http Has anybody ever had a similar problem? How can I tell which website pages are hosted on the root domain vs the www subdomain?
One of the SEOmoz help desk professionals told me this today regarding some of my website pages. "it looks like you have pages hosted as separate pages on both the root domain and the www subdomain, which means that these pages are competing for rankings and authority. You may want to consider a 301 redirect or the use of rel=canonical tags.". Can anyone help me understand this? How can I tell which pages are which?

There's a website I'm working with that has a .php extension. All the pages do. What's the best practice to remove the .php extension across all pages?
Client wishes to drop the .php extension on all their pages (they've got around 2k pages). I assured them that wasn't necessary. However, in the event that I do end up doing this what's the best practices way (and easiest way) to do this? This is also a WordPress site. Thanks.
