Exporting Reports to Excel

Hello, I'm having trouble exporting reports to excel, when I open it, all the accented characters apeears wrong, is there anything I can do?

Thanks Anthony, but I try with chrome, firexfox, ie and happened with all of it. I will send email for ask help. Thanks!

Sometimes, something as simple as trying to export them in a different browser (chrome, firefox) can work better. Give it a try. If not, email help@seomoz.org to get an answer. That would get you the best possible answer.

Why is Moz Reporting as Duplicate Page Titles?

Our most recent MOZ crawl campaign is reporting 931 duplicate page title errors, most of which are "Product Review" pages like the following. Simply Report for new requests with Moz Pro Plus

Hi all I'd like to know how can I construct a brief report to send to my potential customers when they first write me asking for general informations and evaluation about their websites and certain keywords for which they want to have a great rank. I'd like to reply them with a short email, with a basic report attached, in which showing them some little details about their (and eventually their competitors) ranking and/or their website situation. It's just a brief professional introduction to our seo and web marketing services. Now I'm doing it manually or with other seo tools, but I have just bought a Moz Pro Plus annually version and I'd like to use Moz for this activity. For example, when I first insert a new campaign, I don't see ranking for days so I can't send rankinh report. Do you have any advice? Thanks.

Erroneous "Weekly Keyword Ranking & On-page Optimization Report" For Campaign

Hi, I just received an email alert from Seomoz telling me my "Weekly Keyword Ranking & On-page Optimization Report " for the period 11/06/12 - 11/13/12 is ready. It is just a copy of the previous report though, all rankings and ranking changes are the same. What is up with that? Best regards, Martin

Campaign report errors

one of the heavily noted errors for the first crawl of our domain was duplicate titles. I did not see a list of the pages and their current titles, but i am pretty sure it is somewhere to be found. That would help focus the work to do. Am I wrong about that?

Discrepancies in link reports from SEOMoz and OSE

Hello, I am trying to understand the link profile of my site. In the competitive analysis from SEOMoz, it shows 22K+ of links, with about 900+ being external followed links and 800+ internal. Webmaster tools shows a similar number of external followed links, but the link report from OSE only shows about 150 external followed links. This brings up several questions: Where is this 22K total links coming from? Why is there such a difference in the SEOMoz competitive analysis and the OSE report? Why does the OSE report show some links as not followed, while Webmaster tools lists them as followed? Am new to the off-page aspects of SEO, and I have to say the discrepancy in data from different tools is by far the most challenging thing for me. Would welcome general advice on this topic as well. Will Social be Incorporated into the New Reports Interface

Just wondering if there are plans to integrate the social media reporting section with the new "Reports" section. Having a social section in the new Reports interface that could show weekly/monthly/yearly Facebook and Twitter interactions would be awesome to have all in one PDF report with the rest of the reporting options.

How come the external on-page report tool is better than the campaign one?

There is more covered (in terms of checking on-page factors) when using the external report tool than when using the actual campaign one... will the external features be added into the campaign one?

Pro Dashboard Rankings Report not accurate for the UK?

We rank in the top 5 consistently for our keywords on www.google.co.uk However, the ranking report (set to Google UK) shows that we don't appear in the top 50. When looking in more detail at the keyword in question, it shows the top ranking sites to be all US sites with .com domains that don't rank at all on google.co.uk. Can anyone shed some light on this or tell me if there is any way of getting accurate ranking reports via SEOmoz tools for UK sites, so I don't have to do it manually? Thanks in advance
