Can anyone help me find the broadband ISP affiliate program I need?

I have a couple sites that deal with broadband internet access, and I'm looking to monetize beyond adsense. I'd like to sign up for some affiliate programs from internet service providers like Charter, CenturyLink, Comcast, etc.
I found a couple affiliate programs but I am having no luck at all figuring out the programs that so many other websites are involved with. In about every case, the user is able to enter in their address and then a search is performed, returning programs available at their location. The programs I've found just do the traditional ad click-throughs for a possible commission.
Can anyone enlighten me what kind of programs they are using?

Tricky Situation. Need the communities help on this. Need Creative ideas. HELP! !!!!
Hello Moz Community . I currently work with an e-commerce company who is the health and beauty sector. The company is about 7 years old and been online for only 2 years. Income comes from 90% from wholesales/retail stores ( owned by franchisees ) . The entire worldwide chains generate about 300 to 400 sales per day with an average sale price of $125 per sale. The problem i have had for the last year is the boosting online sales. ( we are a very unknown brand ). I have missed about 40% of my target goals and its becoming frustrating. There is my current dilemma and i need some creative ideas. The wholesales have a hold on the current market and sale prices of the products. We need to make sure we ok the prices with all the wholesale franchisees before doing anything. We cannot do promotion upfront on the website because the wholesales work with a discount tactic to sell products in the store. Although it is unorthodox , it works for them. My Dilemma is we have a potential 300 to 400 customers per day i can convert to online customers, but i cannot market to them in the store what so ever. I cannot ask the wholesale franchisees to get their email address because they will screen from the mountain tops that we are steeling customers from them . My question to you guys is , what creative way can i grab customers attentions and of course Email - Addresses to potentially switch them over to online customers. Just a reminder i cannot Do anything in the stores, but however i can do anything i want with the product. And yes we have our website address on the boxes and products and we even have a life time guarantee on products when they sign up online, But we convert customers at a measly 3.5% with that gimmick . I had thought about putting a little tag on the products or a little booklet inside the packaged boxes and basically invite the customers to order a free sample set of our products. I wanted to create a landing page and then have them input their information. Then i thought about magnifying the procedure by stating " invite your friends to receive Free samples of our products. " and having them input their friend and family email addresses. I do feel its a solid idea i have but i wanted help by asking some of the communities creative mind. Duplicate tracking of Affiliate and Organic orders
I started diving into the over lap between Organic and affiliate orders and can see that on average about 10% of my organic orders get tracked as both affiliate and organic (meaning i am paying affiliate commissions on them). I want to be able to better account for the different types of order and where they are coming from. My question is simply if anyone has any ideas as to how better to figure out if those orders should be canceled on the affiliate end or if there is a better way in analytics to see where the order is actually getting attributed to through some type of goal or advanced set up or something (the download of orders from organic that I compared to the affiliate ones was taken from Ecommerce > Transactions > Medium (Organic) then I compared that to the order numbers from the affiliate company I am using). Hope this makes sense and thanks for any information that can help with this!

Redirect to Affiliate script via htacces - Is that risky?
Hi, We are offering an affiliate programme to publishers. The problem is that the links to the Affiliate Script are very user-UNfriendly (something like http://scripts.affiliateprogramme....../..../....) I would like to give them a simple url: www.website.com/PublishersPage And then redirect this via HTACCESS to the script link (which would then send them back to us). Would that be a problem for SEO? for Google? Thank you for your help.

Link juice from my affiliates to my site
I'm setting up an affiliate program through 1shoppingcart. Even though I run 3 different websites, the way their program works is that I have to have 1 domain name that my affiliates get as their affiliate link, with their unique id attached at the end. I can give them multiple links that will redirect to various places on my 3 websites, but those original links that they put on their site will all be to just 1 domain. I'm wondering if I still get link juice to my sites even though the links are obviously being redirected? Does it depend on the redirection method? I was just thinking that getting hundreds of affiliates who run related sites could be a very good seo boost if they're all linking to my site, but I feel like it's going to be wasted because of this redirection thing.
