I don't understand this message. i never had problems with other sites and now I get problems with this message when trying to set a campaign twice for 2 different sites. I received the same message twice. What do I do? Help!
We have detected that the root domain xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not respond to web requests. Using this domain, we will be unable to crawl your site or present accurate SERP information.

Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site.
Good morning, Yesterday, Moz gave me an error that is wasn't able to find our robots.txt file. However, this is a new occurrence, we've used Moz and its crawling ability many times prior; not sure why the error is happening now. I validated that the redirects and our robots page are operational and nothing is disallowing Roger in our robots.txt. Hello I´m a newbie here on seomoz. My question is just simple but i need to be sure about that:Refering to the report which you can create in the "crawl diagnostic summary". Does the CSV export lists all and ONLY the URLS which are in the google index?If not: does a report is available where all and ONLY the URLS are listed which are in google index?Many thanks! Henrik

Can you explain social indicators in Open Site Explorer
My Google +'s for my domain were 403 last month and 35 this month.... Based on this I'm assuming OSE's numbers are not cumulative. Are they based on the previous month or a different time period? Any explanations would be helpful. Thanks!

SEOMOZ Crawling Our Site
Hi there, We get a report from SEOMOZ every week which shows our performance within search. I noticed for our website www.unifor.com.au that it looks through over 10,000 pages, however our website sells less than 500 products so not sure why or how so many pages are trawled? If someone could let me know that would be great. It uses up a lot of bandwidth doing each of these searches so if the amount of pages being trawled reduced it would definitely assist. Thanks, Geoff

How do I retrieve crawl and ranking data about a site from the past?
Hey. One of my main clients has asked to see the crawl data and rankings data for the past eight months. He wants to have tangible evidence of the effects of Penguin. I would like that info too. Is it possible to retrieve that information on a weekly crawl and ranking basis through SEO Moz and if so, how do you do it? Bulk OSE Open Site Explorer Tool?
I am trying to do some spring cleaning for a client and hoping to prune any unnecessary domains. Is there a tool that will check, in bulk, these domains through Open Site Explorer? I've looked through all the different Excel spread sheet apps and google doc apps but they are incredibly buggy if they work at all since SEOmoz changed their data limits. Maybe a new tool has been updated in the last few months that I am not aware of. Thanks!

No Local Directory links in Open Site Explorer?
Hi there, I just signed up for seomoz pro today and have been playing around in OSE looking at a number of local business websites that I manage SEO for. For all of them, I have put an endless amount of effort ensuring they have good quality, accurate business listings in all the local directories like yelp, yellowpages, hotfrog, tripadvisor, etc. For most of them, I did this months or even up to a year ago. However, I don't see a single link reported in OSE that is a result of my efforts here. Does OSE not report links from local business directories, or should I be concerned that I'm somehow not optimizing properly, or are these types of links of such little value that they don't get picked up, something else? Thanks for the help!
