Campaign web crawl has failed last 4 times

I have 4 websites setup in my pro dashboard. The only site that isn't getting crawled is an HTTPS site. It has worked for over a year, but the past 4 crawls (an entire month now) has returned only one page crawled. Is there something going on with the crawler? I really need to be able to see these stats.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I believe we had a couple of blips earlier with our crawler. Your best bet for support is to go to http://www.seomoz.org/help and use the red "contact our help team" button -- the help team will get back to you on Monday and help you work out what's going on and find a fix.

More complete campaign reports
SEOMoz campaigns include a lot more data than can be sent via email automatically with the custom reporting feature. So what do people do to send that data to clients? Do you not include it? Or export reports manually and send them on? Or something else?

A question about Mozbot and a recent crawl on our website.
Hi All, Rogerbot has been reporting errors on our website's for over a year now, and we correct the issues as soon as they are reported. However I have 2 questions regarding the recent crawl report we got on the 8th. 1.) Pages with a "no-index" tag are being crawled by roger and are being reported as duplicate page content errors. I can ignore these as google doesnt see these pages, but surely roger should ignore pages with "no-index" instructions as well? Also, these errors wont go away in our campaign until Roger ignores the URL's. 2.) What bugs me most is that resource pages that have been around for about 6 months have only just been reported as being duplicate content. Our weekly crawls have never picked up these resources pages as being a problem, why now all of a sudden? (Makes me wonder how extensive each crawl is?) Anyone else had a similar problem? Creating a campaign for a folder is not possible
Hi There! I just signed up for a free pro account to see whether it is something for us as a company 🙂 I tried to set up two campaigns. With the first for our root domain (koopgoedkoop.nl) it all went perfect. I am now trying to set up a campaign for our BBQ page (http://www.koopgoedkoop.nl/tuin/barbecues.html) but I can't? Crawl Errors Confusing Me
The SEOMoz crawl tool is telling me that I have a slew of crawl errors on the blog of one domain. All are related to the MSNbot. And related to trackbacks (which we do want to block, right?) and attachments (makes sense to block those, too) ... any idea why these are crawl issues with MSNbot and not Google? Crawl Report Technical Issue
I'm having a problem with our campaign especially the crawl report. Because the last update is Nov 4 and isn't supposed to be updated weekly? I already submit a helpdesk support ticket and even send a seperate e-mail regarding this issue but until now the report is still not updated. Anybody here can help me raise this issue/ Thanks.
