Magento CMS Block Issue --- Help Please

Good Morning,
We have a Magento shopping cart based site running on RedHat version of Linux.
We had a CMS block created for the homepage of http://goo.gl/JgK1e designed to be visible only on the homepage only and nowhere else.
We copied the entire site structure onto a new URL http://goo.gl/XUH3f . (this one running on CentOS) and have an odd situation on our hands...
Even though the CMS block “static_after_footer_block” is “enabled”, it either completely disappears (moments later), or whenever it does display, it is visible in ALL levels of the site (not just the homepage it was designed for)
Other than this anomaly, the site seems to be operating correctly…
Anyone out there with some insight?

Duplicate content issue
Hi, A client of ours has one URL for the moment (https://aalst.mobilepoint.be/) and wants to create a second one with exactly the same content (https://deinze.mobilepoint.be/). Will that mean Google punishes the second one because of duplicate content? What are the recommendations?

Meta description issue on Google
Hello, I have a small issue on Google with our Meta Description tag not always being properly displayed. If you search for the term: Globe Car (in two words), everything is being displayed properly: http://screencast.com/t/YQCUkJnk Now do the same search for the term GlobeCar (in one word) and the meta tag set into our homepage seems to be totallly ignored and Google is now displaying something that is generated from out of their hat: http://screencast.com/t/K0KeeRGSgspV Anyone has an idea what would cause this? Moving From HubSpot Help
I am migrating from hubspot to wordpress. How do i do this so i maintain my previous seo efforts. I have about 10 optimized blog posts. Can i cut and paste them into the wordpress blog or use a 301 url rewrite? Add to domain? Totally clueless! Your Noobian Friend! Jay

Crawl issues
Hello there, I have found that when crawling my site I have errors regarding the meta description and it says it is missing from few pages. I checked these pages but there is a meta description. I also ran the same report with other tools and it comes up the same issues. What should I do?

480,000 Redirects - Is this hurting my SEO? PLEASE HELP!
Hello everyone, I have over 480,000 internal rewrites in my Magento site. The reason I have so many is because I have over 1,500 products on my site and I update inventory every day via Bulk Import Extension. For the first few months I didn't realize that the URL was changing by a single digit every time I imported the .xml with new inventory counts. This of course created thousands and thousands of 404s. I figured out how to avoid the digit change and then I started redirecting the 404s via a Bulk Rewrite Extension. I managed to rewrite over over 50,000 404s but new ones still pop up every day and there is no end to them in sight. My traffic is terrible. Only about 40 organics daily. It's been like that for months. I can't get it off the ground and I think it's because of this excessive rewrite and 404 issue. My question is, does having so many internal rewrites and 404s hurt my SEO efforts? Would it be better just to start from scratch with a new site, new domain, new everything? Please help me. Hi All, In webmaster > Internal links https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/internal-links?hl=en&siteUrl= I get counts as in the image http://imgur.com/9bO5H0f is this logical and ok or should i work on finding why so many links and reduce them? Thanks Martin
