Calling all those that know about Trust Pilot

I've long been considering using Trust Pilot (or another form of customer feedback service) to gather reviews for my websites.
At the moment my main website has 0 reviews.
Is it worth promoting the Trust Pilot link to my customers after they have converted to encourage them to leave feedback even **if **I do not have a Trust Pilot account?

We've just started using Trust Pilot at www.refreshcartridges.co.uk.
We've only been using it for two weeks or so but as I see if there are two potential issues with providing a link but not paying for the service:
- Unless your customers have used TrustPilot in the past it may look like you're writing reviews of your own website since they will be new users, will only have one review to their name and won't be verified buyers.
- I don't believe they will share the reviews of your site with Google unless you subscribe. As such the only people seeing the review will be other Trustpilot users.
Apart from that I suppose something is better than nothing, especially if it's free.

What are people calling proposals, pitches & presentations these days?
What are people calling proposals, pitches & presentations these days? When someone requests a proposal from us (often for a website & digital strategy) we send 2 documents: A proposal, which is the nuts and bolts - and an accompanying presentation - which goes over our process in a more general manner: our approach to web design, our approach to SEO, digital marketing etc... basically our slick schtick... What are the terms people use for this type of document or document combo - the proposal and the presentation?

Anyone know of any forums for agencies or those individuals engaged in Internet Marketing, SEO, Integrated Marketing, etc.?
Moz.com is the best forum I have been a part of. There is a local forum I really like but spend less time on (we have staff who live on it.) I am interested in a forum where everyone is agency related. Does anyone know of a good one? If not, would anyone have an interest?

Google Trusted Stores
Hello, So we sell millions of dollars a month in merchandise - most of that comes from eBay transactions. We do have a script that posts to eBay and we do download our transactions from eBay and process the orders from our admin. Now I feel we will do a lot better in the SERPs if we have the trusted stores quality signal. However; it comes down to this. The conversion pixel. Since the don't pay through the site - do you think we can get away of sending a email to a second conversion page for eBay transactions? Have any of you noticed a boost in SERPs once you were approved with the Trusted Stores? Any advise?

What are other SEO's calling themselves now?
I am piggy backing off of Rand's latest Whiteboard Friday: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/why-we-cant-just-be-seos-anymore-whiteboard-friday (It is an awesome post if you haven't checked it out yet.) I just want to hear some feedback from other industry professionals. Have you started defining/communicating your business as more than just, I do SEO? What are some good organizations an SEO company can join that are strong trust signals?
We are working on a website redesign, and want to prominently include some trust signals that help people feel comfortable with us. We're including logos of a few places we've guest posted, and also the BBB and local chamber of commerce. Do you have any other ideas on logos we can include that are good trust signals? Any associations or organizations we could join? We are a trustworthy company, we just want a way to communicate that visually, and it seems organization seals and logos are the way to go. Thanks!

Questions to help get to know a potential client and see what the possibilities are for there campaign?
OK so I am putting together a list of questions to refer potential clients to. The purpose of these questions is to: 1, Help them understand the difference between "just give us your keywords and we will make you rank" seo and the full range of options that are advocated here on seo moz. .... 2, Get them to see that there are different levels of involvement that are available for different aspects of a campaign and give them ideas and options on how much input they want to have as well as make them see that we can help them with even the stuff they are gonna do themselves or do it for them with there input and permission. Thats where things get a bit confusing I was thinking of having a list of fifty linkbuilding/linkbaiting techniques and check box options beside each one so that they can read a little bit about the particular technique ie forum participation for example and then see how they felt like that related to there industry , wether they would want there staff to do it with some training from us wther they would want us to help them find the right forums and show them how to link back and to which page, or wether they would just want us to handle everything or simply not feel that that was right for there business .. then they would move on to the next thing ie video creation or user generated content and in the end we would have a big list of things to discuss with them and they would have a better understandiing of how much there is to good seo and what might work for them and also how we could help them and how a relationship/ partnership might look I would love some feed back on this is it possible will it help us to build trust with potential clients (which is diffucult for a new biz in this industry) how would you lay it out would it be a usefull resource for other seo companies etc thanks so much seo mozzers this forum is awsome and i know you will steer me in the right direction oh ps this would be something we would keep on our site
