Suggestions for RU Keyword Research

Does anyone have suggestions for a better RU keyword tool than Yandex and/or is there a way to see exact searches in Yandex's keyword tool?
It seems like the data is not at all accurate. For example - we are ranked #2 for a keyword which has over 40,000 monthly searches (searches according to Yandex keyword tool and position confirmed with someone doing a manual search in Russia).
However, we are not getting any traffic for this keyword and according to Yandex webmaster tools the keyword only got 10 impressions this past month.
Any ideas for me... or would using Google be preferable eventhough people in Russia don't really use Google?

Thanks. All the Russian employees at my company have asserted Google is barely used but it certainly makes my life easier if they are wrong!

I can't really agree with you that people in Russia don't use Google. I've been living there for the past 20 years and I can assure you that Google.ru is very popular there.
Currently for the keywords research I know only four best and quite accurate tools:

Keywords and content query
Hi we are in the process of redesigning a web site and I’m looking to ensure each of the pages are correctly optimized. I’m concerned that some of the pages do not allow for text or content . From an optimization perspective is there a general rule around the amount of text a page should have and the amount/ration of keywords they should contain? Any advice would be much appreciated.

What are Some the Best Keyword Research Tools?
I am looking for a keyword research tool other than Google Keywords Planner. What other tools can I use to perform great keyword research. I am looking for a tool than will help me to find better keywords for my SEO campaigns. My clients' websites are usually 30-50 pages, so I don't want to buy tools for $20K a year. Greetings! I've read previous posts on this topic, but wondering if something has changed recently...On the on-page grading, the following was suggested:Use Keywords in your URL - high importance - easy fix _(In the past it has read difficult fix). _Could it be as easy as creating a new page with the name in the url, then redirecting to it? My site is www.enchantingquotes.com and the keyword that brings in virtually all of business is "wall quotes". I've read in the forum this isn't worth the trouble of trying to do, but the "easy fix" comment has me wondering...?Any help is much appreciated....I'm been trying to recover from a recent unexplained drop in rank. Ugh! (So feel free to analyze my site LOL!) :DA huge thanks for any advise!
