one of the heavily noted errors for the first crawl of our domain was duplicate titles. I did not see a list of the pages and their current titles, but i am pretty sure it is somewhere to be found. That would help focus the work to do. Am I wrong about that?

On the Overview page in the Crawl Diagnostics box, click on Duplicate Page Title on the Y axis. It will send you to a page that lists the duplicate page titles.

Automated Reports

I just set up automated reports for the first time for my campaigns. They've just run and some are missing alot of data. For instance, one shows zero keywords. When there are in fact lots of keywords in the campaign. Another shows no changes in rankings, when there were changes in ranking. Is there a way to re-run the reports? I've set them up monthly and don't want to wait another month to see if they worked?

OSE - advanced reports.

Trying to run advanced reports, but am being told I've hit my daily report limited - and points me to signing up for a Pro membership - although I already have one. Been like this the last couple of days. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks.

54 new 404 errors on my website?

Hi There In the latest report I have 54 404-errors. All last week, previously I had 2 404s that I fixed. In report say: Title404 : ErrorMeta DescriptionTraceback (most recent call last): File "build/bdist.linux- x86_64/egg/downpour/init.py", line 391, in _error failure.raiseException() File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/site- packages/twisted/python/failure.py", line 370, in raiseException raise self.type, self.value, self.tb Error: 404 Not FoundMeta RobotsNot present/emptyMeta RefreshNot present/empty Are these normal 404 errors I have to look at and fix? Or is this some script that running on my server and causing errors? In general - what should I do to fix this? Thanks Dean

On-Page Optimization Report: How Are Keywords Chosen?

Apologies if this has already been covered 100 times! Last month I set up a new campaign, and so far the On-Page Optimization tool has only crawled and graded three of my pages so far. I assume it takes time for more pages to be covered? But, here's my real question: I see that the tool is giving my pages grades based on certain keywords, but the tool itself seems to be deciding which keyword to use in grading each page. To use a made-up example, my example has a page about leather gloves, a page about wool mittens, and a page about cotton mittens. The last one is supposed to be optimized for the keyword "cotton mittens," but the tool is grading it based on how well it's optimized for "wool mittens." I can go into the drop-down at the top of the page and change the keyword that the page is graded on, and that gives me a new grade, but only for that instance. The next week, the tool is back to giving the page an F for "wool mittens." Is that because the tool decides that "wool mittens" is the keyword for which the page has the best chance of ranking, no matter what my intentions are? is there any way to permanently tell the tool that I want the page to target "wool mittens" as its main keyword? Can I set Up Multiple Campaigns For Same Website?

I would like to set up one campaign for my main site example.com and another campaign for example.com/blog. Is it possible? I don't want crawling to overlap for these two separate campaigns.

Reporting Low internal links to Homepage

I am having a strange problem on one of our websites, I am currently comparing ourselves to our competition as it appears we are underranking. The one difference I can see is that our internal links are very low. They are currently at 22 to the homepage and section pages comapred to our competition which have a few hundred. The size of our site is around 800 pages and they all have a homepage link so I cannot see why it is not reading them. Any help would be appreciated the website url is http://www.trampolinesshop.co.uk/

How would you set up campaigns?

Hi Guy's, I have a question about campaigns, We run a eCommerce website with several categories with sub cats/ i.e. natural hair care Natural Shampoo Natural Conditioner Natural Treatments natural Skin Care etc etc My question is this... do you use campaigns to separate the sites sections up? or do you run one campaign, trying to get my head around the best way to target my sections for performance/keywords etc...
