Competitive Link Analysis not showing links.

Hate asking such a vague question, but my SEOMoz link analysis report is not showing any backlinks for a client of mine. I loaded the information the same way I did my other clients, which show all links. www.domain.com is being forwarded properly to domain.com. I know there are backlinks because I put many of them there myself over the last couple of months. Clearly this is affecting my Moz score.
Not sure how to troubleshoot this. Can anyone offer suggestions? Grazie mille!

I've been on SeoMoz for about 3 months now. I've found the Link Analysis to miss out on some of the links. And besides it only updates once a month - around this time.
I've had better results picking up my backlinks using Google Webmaster. It updates the links more frequently, and I am able to pick up many more backlinks that are not coming up in the Link Analysis report.

Hi Dino,
I can assume that Mozbot haven't index your website yet, that's why it is not showing any backlinks in OpenSiteExplorer. I have the same problem with couple of my websites as well.
Try to check backlinks through MajesticSEO Backlinks tool.

Why are not nofollowed links counted in On-Page Analysis Report?
When I run the On-Page Analysis on our homepage, the report says the page has 238 **"Internal followed links". ** Why are not nofollowed internal links counted as well? Nofollowed links have been leaking link juice for quite some time now. Martin

How can competition outrank you if your site has better Domain/Page Authority, More links, and More Social sharing?
Say you have a site that has better Domain/page authority, more links, more social media sharing, and a lot more indexed pages (thanks to blogging) than the competition. Of course all of these metrics are based off of data from SEOMoz open site explorer tool which I am not sure if it produces accurate data. 1. Other than exact match domains or the age of a domain what would be other reasons why competition would outrank you? 2. Can anyone suggest other ways to help increase a sites domain/page authority besides creating more indexed pages, link building, etc..?

Report not showing all links
I am trying to pull the back link report for the following URL www.hotscripts.com/category/scripts/php/scripts-programs/image-galleries/ OSE shows a total of 589 back links. When i download the report all I get in excel is 207. Why?

How Long Does a SERP Analysis Report Normally Take to Run?
I started running a SERP analysis report two days ago, and it still says it's "in progress." It is 5:40 PM Pacific on August 7 as I type this, and I started running the report on: August 05, 2012 10:03 (copied and pasted from the report). Is this normal? Thanks!

My followed backlinks tab is not showing any data?
My followed backlinks tab is not showing any data for any of my campaigns. other tabs are shwoing data like top pages but nothing under followedbacklinks. Is anyone else having this problem?

Link Diagnosis and Open Site Explorer
I work at a web design firm that's starting to offer SEO to its clients. They want to keep costs down until the SEO side becomes more established, so I've been using mostly free tools to do the SEO. I've been using a website called LinkDiagnosis.com to check backlinks for clients. It says the data is provided by SEOmoz, so I thought it must be pretty reliable. However, I just signed up for the PRO trial to test out all of SEOmoz's tools (& hopefully convince my company to sign us up), and I find that the link information between the 2 tools can be vastly different! Sometimes the number of unique linking domains is very close, but other times it can be off by hundreds, even thousands, with Open Site Explorer typically providing the higher numbers. Is the Link Diagnosis tool really powered with data from SEOmoz, or does it just receive a portion of the data, since it's a free tool? I'm just trying to figure out what will be the most reliable solution for me to keep using, and the discrepancies between the two tools has caused me to question the reliability of both. Site is showing forwarded /301 to another website
My site http://riyas.in is showing a 301 redirect or a forward to http://flicker.com/muhammedriyas . I had done a 301 redirect long before from my site to this domain, but i removed that after 2-3 days. Please help me to solve this problem. I attached a screen shot seomoz1.jpg
