Where can I upload my logo for custom reports?
-
Hi,
I've read the custom reports FAQ and it said I can upload my logo for white labeling under campaign settings. I navigated to campaign settings but haven't found the place to upload my logo. Could you please help?

Keri, it was an assumption. Most SAAS do allow white labeling on the smallest paid plan.
-
I don't have too much experience with SEO tools but what I do know is that generally SAAS do allow white labeling even at the entry plans. Eg Freshbooks you can add your logo even on the free account. Or proto.io lets you white label your account for the smallest paid plan. I think if I I'm on a paid account I should be able to white label. That's my personal and business opinion. Upsetting to see that $99/month does not give me this basic feature.

Hi Barnabas,
I'm looking at our pricing page right now, and the Branded PDF only has PRO Plus and PRO Elite checked as options. We're quite concerned if there is a place that represents PRO as having white label features. Please let me know if you did find that somewhere, and we will work to fix that ASAP. We truly don't want to misrepresent our services.

Hi Barnabas,
I respect your opinion but what I've found with many SEO tools in the industry is that you could pay $99 for just one tool per months. SEOmoz has a vast toolset at your disposal, along with this community forum and the ability to ask a private question directly to the staff here.
The cheaper PRO package (which I'm also on) is for people to utilize the tools for a small/medium site or just smaller projects in general.
What you're asking for with logos is more of a bespoke service so the cost would typically be higher.
That's not just for Moz but for the industry in general.
-
That's unfair. I think SEO moz is generally not cheap. Pay a premium price and can't white label? I understand that I could not white label if I had a free or trial account but when I paid in full for a pro account!??
-
Hi! The logo is for PRO Plus and PRO Elite users. Your profile says you're at the PRO level, which I suspect is the problem.
-
Hi Barnabas,
In the help section it states -
How do I add my logo or get white labeled reports?
If you have our PRO Plus or PRO Elite, you can upload a logo from your campaign settings page. This will add your logo to the top of PDF reports downloaded from the web app. This is a great way to show off our excellent data with your awesome branding. Enjoy!Standard PRO accounts don't have this feature.
I hope this helps,
Mark

I've noticed a possible discrepancy with my data and the figures in the Ranking Report >> Rankings which leads to this question: In top 3 : 10 On first page: 19 Is this meant to mean 10 of the 19 are in the top 3, or after the 10 top 3 there are 19 more keywords on first page?

Using Your 50 Monthly SERP Analysis Reports
Hi. I've been running analysis on a variety of keywords for a few of our clients and am noticing I'm going through our 50 monthly full SERP Analysis Reports pretty quickly. While SEO is only a fraction of what we do, I know there are large SEO shops out there that must run a tremendous amount of analysis each month. If you're running such analysis routinely, how do you manage with only 50 full SERP Analysis Reports each month? How do these reports fit into your workflow? Thanks a lot. David

I've pulled a quarterly report for a client, and it's showing very odd numbers. I'm monitoring 58 keywords - and the current keyword ranking report from last week says that there are 21 keywords in the top 3 and 33 on the first page. But the quarterly report says that there are 50 in the top 3 and 70 on the first page??? What's up with this?

Inbound Links Report Problem
While looking over my competitors inbound link report, they have a reported 5K inbound links. The first 20 listed inbound domains are things like UPS, and other sites that when I look at them, and the source file has no link to their domain at all??? So are they using some kind of Black Hat technique, or is SEOMoz not reporting properly? Help please.
