Where can I upload the logo for the branded PDF report?

I just upgraded to the next tier (2nd level) to gain access to the branded reports, but I cannot locate this option anywhere at all? Can you help me locate it by any chance?
The http://pro.moz.com/campaigns link indicated below does not have any global settings…and the http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns link now refers to the new analytics which does not contain any reports options.

Found it http://pro.moz.com/campaigns - then go to Global Settings.

I just upgraded to be able to use the branded reports and I still can't find where to upload my logo? And the other threads in the forum don't answer the question either. Where is the setting for this?

Hi Diego,
The branded PDF reports are available for those customers at the PRO Plus level and above. It looks like you're a PRO member, which is why you're not seeing that option.

404 : Errors in crawl report - all pages are listed with index.html on a WordPress site
Hi Mozers, I have recently submitted a website using moz, which has pulled up a second version of every page on the WordPress site as a 404 error with index.html at the end of the URL. e.g Live page URL - http://www.autostemtechnology.com/applications/civil-blasting/ Report page URL - http://www.autostemtechnology.com/applications/civil-blasting/index.html The permalink structure is set as /%postname%/ For some reason the report has listed every page with index.html at the end of the page URL. I have tried a number of redirects in the .htaccess file but doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions will be strongly appreciated. Thanks

How can i export a historical ranking report which contains keywords with special characters.
How can i export a historical ranking report which contains keywords with special characters? Previously it only turned the keywords into jumbled format (forgot the tech term) in excel i.e. онлайн чат which are in this case russian characters. The way i got around this was to import it into google docs but that also is now converting it into this format. Due to this i 1 do not know what the keywords are and 2 all my formulas do not work.

Broken links in the pdf of the On Page Report
Hi, I run an individual On Page report for a particular URL, then I export as pdf. The URL appears in the pdf and looks fine but when you click on it it goes to a 'page not found'. I know the URL is correct. When I hover over the URL in the pdf i notice that the word 'Good' is at the end of my URL but I did not put this in there. if I give the report to a client it doesn't look so good. http://www.narellanpools.com.au/local-contact/narellan-pools-alburywodongaGood Is this a bug? I am confused. The SEO Moz ranking reports state that my site show show up in a specific position in SERP for a specific keyword yet when I google the keyword the ranking is different. Are these ranking reports merely indicative or are they supposed to be accurate?

How often are open site explorer reports updated?
I collect the information contained in open site explorer reports and csv backlinks audits on the 15th of every month. I noticed that the numbers are unchanged from 9/15-10/15. How often are the reports typically updated?
