My 404 page shows in the report as an error.
-
How can i make my actual 404 page not show up as a 404 error in the report?
-
I would say not to worry about it, the reports should not be taken to the point of where you should fix every single error or warning, just take it as a sign of potential issues, if they are not a big deal in terms of real world seo, then don't sweat them.
All the best

Assistance with High Priority Duplicate Page Content Errors
Hi I am trying to fix the high priority duplicate content URL's from my recent MOZ crawl (6 URL's) in total. Would someone from the community be able to offer some web development advice?  I had reached out on the Moz Community on the main welcome page.  Samantha stated that someone in web development on Moz's Q&A forum would be better suited to assist me.  I took a word press class on Lynda.com, but other than that, I am a novice.  I manage my site www.rejuvalon.com on Go Daddy's managed wordpress site.  Thanks so much for your help! Best, Jill

What is the best way to show content in Listing Pages?
If it is e-commerce site and a product listing page there is always a conflict how to show the content? As per my understanding we can show content in two different ways. 1. To show little content and use **Read more. (**In this case there is a direct message to the google: Here is the content visible and rest content is hidden but available for visitors to read more 2. Can use**Â Scroll bar**. So here is the message to Google and visitors that my full content is available here. So just scroll down to read further. So I Â want to know that which method of showing content is best and it's impact of SEO where there is UI constraint or both the method is ok without any SEO impact. Please share your suggestions. Redesigned and Migrated Website - Lost Almost All Organic Traffic - Mobile Pages Indexing over Normal Pages
We recently redesigned and migrated our site from www.jmacsupply.com to https://www.jmac.com It has been over 2 weeks since implementing 301 redirects, and we have lost over 90% of our organic traffic. Â Google seems to be indexing the mobile versions of our pages over our website pages. Â We hired a designer to redesign the site, and we are confident the code is doing something that is harmful for ranking our website. Â F or Example: Â If you google "KEEDEX-K-DS-FLX38" Â You should see our mobile page ranking: http://www.jmac.com/mobile/Product.aspx?ProductCode=KEEDEX-K-DS-FLX38 but the page that we want ranked (and we think should be, is https://www.jmac.com/Keedex_K_DS_FLX38_p/keedex-k-ds-flx38.htm) Â That second page isn't even indexed. (When you search for: "site:jmac.com Keedex K-DS-FLX38") We have implemented rel canonical, and rel alternate both ways. Â What are we doing wrong??? Â Thank you in advance for any help - it is much appreciated.

404 from a 404 that 301s
I must be missing something or skipping a step or lacking proper levels of caffeine. Under my High Priority warnings I have a handful of 404s which are like that on purpose but I'm not sure how Moz is finding them. When I check the referrer info, the 404 is being linked to from a different 404 which is now a 301 (due to craziness of our system and what was easiest for the coders to fix a different problem ages ago). Basically, if a user decides to type in a non-existent model number into the URL there is a specific 404 that comes up. While the 404 error is "site.com/product/?model=abc123" the referrer is "site.com/product?model=abc123" (or more simply, one slash is missing). I can't see how Moz is finding the referrer so I can't figure out how to make Moz stop crawling it. I actually have the same problem in Google WMT for the same group of 404s. What am I just not seeing that will fix this?

Moz showing 404 error on one of my sites
I have a problem. Everything seems to be ok, but moz shows a HTTP code of 404 for http://www.centralevapeurguide.com and I don't really know why. All my others websites return 200 but this one return 404. And obviously, only this website don't want to rank in google.. Thanks for your help. Sebastian

Seomoz pages error
Hi
Technical SEO | | looktouchfeel
I have a problem with seomoz, it is saying my website http://www.clearviewtraffic.com has page errors on 19,680 pages. Most of the errors are for duplicate page titles. The website itself doesn't even have 100 pages. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks Luke0 -
2 links on home page to each category page ..... is page rank being watered down?
I am working on a site that has a home page containing  2 links to each category page. One of the links is a text link and one link is an image link. I think I'm right in thinking that Google will only pay attention to the anchor text/alt text of the first link that it spiders with the anchor text/alt text of the second being ignored. This is not my question however. My question is about the page rank that is passed to each category page..... Because of the double links on the home page, my reckoning is that  PR is being divided up twice as many times as necessary. Am I also right in thinking that if Google ignore the 2nd identical link on a page only one lot of this divided up PR will be passed to each category page rather than 2 lots ..... hence horribly watering down the 'link juice' that is being passed to each category page?? Please help me win this argument with a developer and improve the ranking potential of the category pages on the site 🙂

404 Errors in Google Webmaster Tools
Hello, Google webmaster tools is returning our URLs as 404 errors: http://www.celebritynetworth.com/watch/D5GrrPEN9Oc/tom-mccarthy-floating/ When we enter the URL into the browser it loads the page just fine. Is there a way to determine why Google Webmaster Tools is returning a 404 error when the link loads perfectly fine in a browser? Thanks, Alex
