Just because it's made for PPC doesn't mean it can't rank on it's own. If there are things you can to to the page that will not negatively affect your conversion rate then by all means fix them and index, follow the page.
btw, you could probably noindex, follow instead of noindex, nofollow.

The report card is for SEO rather than PPC, so do not worry about getting a B because of the nofollow, noindex issue.
However if the number of pages you are creating for PPC is just a few and the process is manageable I would still run the PPC pages through the report card as it may help ensure the page is going to get the best quality score for the PPC results.
I hope this helps
Sean

If the URL is just a PPC landing page, I wouldn't even bother running it through the on-page report card tool...

Clearing our on-page ranking reports?
Is there a way to "bulk delete" on-page ranking reports which are no longer relevant? I know we can delete them one at a time, but the reason I ask is that I've done a fair bit of work changing URL's, so the reports are often for old URL's which no longer exist. (yes, I made sure to do 301 redirects to the new ones!) Thanks in advance for any help!

Issue with Opesiteexplorer report
Hi, When I pulled backlinks report for my website from opensite explorer. I see the backlinks listing for my homepage is duplicated with index page. Ex. For a external website my homepage www.website.com as well as www.website.com/index.php shows as backlinks. Note: I had given rel=canonical tag to my homepage and index.php is 301 redirection to the homepage. I find this error only to my homepage and I don't find this issue to my inner pages. I would like to know whether this is an issue with opensiteexplorer or a problem with my homepage url. Your answers are appreciated.

hi everyone, for each internal broken links I need to find all the pages that contain it. In the Seomoz report there is only a refferer link for each broken link, but google webmaster tools indicates that the dead link is present in many pages of the site. there is a way to have these data with SEOmoz or other software, in a csv report ? thanks

Wild fluctuation in number of pages crawled
I am seeing huge fluctuations in the number of pages discovered the crawl each week. Some weeks the crawl discovers > 10,000 pages and other weeks I am seeing 4-500. So, this week for example I was hoping to see some changes reflected for warnings from last weeks report (which discovered > 10,000 pages). However, the entire crawl this week was 448 pages. The number of pages discovered each week seems to go back and forth between these two extremes. The more accurate count would be nearer the 10,000 mark than the 400 range. Thanks. Mark
