MozTrust suddenly dropped to zero. Link data now unavailable???
-
I'm running an SEOMoz campaign for a small site to monitor some tweaks I've made and testing new things out.
Over a year or so the changes were great - organic traffic was rising, domain metrics were too. Then in October 2012 domain trust, Moztrust and all other link metrics went to zero. There's no data in OSE for this particular small site and as far as I can tell, no impact on search. The limited number of inbound links all appear to be intact and there's no reason why the site would be hit by Panda/Penguin style updates.
Why has this sudden loss of data occurred? Is the site no longer in SEOMoz's databases? Without any link data it's difficult to tell why this has happened.
If it is no longer in the Moz database, how do I get it back - that data was useful!

Hi Steve and Falk,
We normally do not see sites that have been indexed previously drop out of Mozscape. I'm going to turn this into two separate support items (one for each of you) to address as I'll probably need to account/campaign information you may not want to share on the public post. Just look for a message from our help email (help[at]seomoz.org). Thanks!
Best,
Sam

I have the same issue with two of my domains (Wordpress installations). Open Site Explorer is not available for these domains. Domains are more than three month old (so they should have been indexed).

DA dropped down to 17 from 32
Hi Team, I have observed that DA of website https://www.sonicseats.com/ is dropped down to 17 from 32 after MOZ 2.0 DA Algorithm Update. Though I can see that there is linear improvement observed on Moz. Please help me know in detail about the drop and how can it be improved further as Moz does not give the option to disavow bad back links. Thanks

When will links appear
When will links appear? Hi I submitted one of our products to a range of beauty bloggers and all of the reviews came back, really positive, along with links to our site. However when I run a back link report in open site explorer only one of these links is showing up even though the links all went live at about the same time. Can any one explain this in discrepancy?

Domain and Page authority dropped on home page
My two strongest links did not show up in the latest Open Site Explorer run. Business.com and BOTW.com...Linking domains went from 21 to 15. Domain dropped 3 pts and Page authority dropped 3 pts I believe. Is there a function in SEOmoz.org that lets you track your domain scores over time? Thanks, Boo

In OpenSiteExplorer - how do I find out which in bound links were lost?
http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/www.homefinder.com/a!links The # of inbound root domains is ~3,100 and has remained relatively flat for a while yet we've been acquiring 1000's of new root domains that link to us. That said, we want to get some clarity on why the count has remained flat. It would be helpful if we could see which domains have stopped linking to us from one OSE index to the next. Is it really the case that we're losing links as fast as we're gaining them or is something else going on?
