Your site does not offer any obvious reasons as to why the blog is not being indexed. I suspect you may have made changes in the past 30 days to resolve an issue. Is that correct? If not, Google should index your blog page within 30 days. I am concerned the page offers no original content, but the blog article you wrote in December is not indexed either. Have you made any recent (past 30 days) changes to the site?
You have a large robots.txt file. I would recommend replacing it with a blank one. I am not a fan of blocking bots with robots.txt. The bad bots don't respect robots.txt and the good ones typically do not cause a problem. You can set your server to throttle bots so they cannot consume too much bandwidth. Even if you caught 50 bots there are potentially thousands of other bots out there.
While you do not have to submit a sitemap.xml file, since you already have the file indexed why not provide a current sitemap.xml file?
You can also use Google Webmaster Tools to add the page directly. From the site's dashboard, Health > Fetch as GoogleBot then enter the URL (blog/). Next, click Fetch then choose to submit the page and linked pages to the index. The process can be as quick as an hour or take days. Keep in mind Google does not guarantee to index any page but I expect this to be the fastest way to address your concern.

Google PR Rank Question (s)
Hi
Technical SEO | | damientown
My Google PR rank is still 1/10 (www.abouttownmarketing.com) after 12 weeks of daily SEO work building what I thought were quality back links. Does anyone know how often Google updates its PR rank? Also is it a linear measure or link adwords quality score is it exponential?
Many thanks

Why are Google search results different if you are log'd into Google or not?
I get different results when I'm log'd into my Google account associated with my website than if I'm not. The same country is occurring. So how can I rely on the google results I'm seeing? For instance my site is page 1 with the improvements I made based on SEOMOZ if I'm log'd in. Yet I'm not on the first 25 pages if I'm not logged in.

132 pages reported as having Duplicate Page Content but I'm not sure where to go to fix the problems?
I am seeing “Duplicate Page Content” coming up in our
Technical SEO | | danatanseo
reports on SEOMOZ.org Here’s an example: http://www.ccisolutions.com/StoreFront/product/williams-sound-ppa-r35-e http://www.ccisolutions.com/StoreFront/product/aphex-230-master-voice-channel-processor http://www.ccisolutions.com/StoreFront/product/AT-AE4100.prod These three pages are for completely unrelated products.
They are returning “200” status codes, but are being identified as having
duplicate page content. It appears these are all going to the home page, but it’s
an odd version of the home page because there’s no title. I would understand if these pages 301-redirected to the home page if they were obsolete products, but it's not a 301-redirect. The referring page is
listed as: http://www.ccisolutions.com/StoreFront/category/cd-duplicators None of the 3 links in question appear anywhere on that page. It's puzzling. We have 132 of these. Can anyone help me figure out
why this is happening and how best to fix it? Thanks!0 -

Best practice: unique meta descriptions on blog 'tag' pages
Hi everyone, I'm curious, are there best practices for introducing unique meta descriptions on blog tag pages (I'm using wordpress)? For instance, using platinum seo, on an original post, the meta description is either the excerpt or a specified custom sentence. It doesn't appear that platinum seo allows for custom descriptions on tag pages. Love to hear your thoughts. Thanks! Peter
