Backlinks From Scraper Sites - Should I Disavow Them?

I'm going through all the links (hopefully) to my website and I've found so many links from site scrapers. For instance:
http://www.fzccg.com/cmsteam/dvbbs/boke.asp?zkhod76681.showtopic.148760.html
... which links to my site with anchor text "abercrombie uk How To Change Your Wiper Blades"
It is surely not realistic to think that I can contact all the scraper site owners.
So what should I do with this kind of links?

Personally, I wouldnt. Scrapers have been around for years and it's "natural" in my eyes. all the good sites out there, even moz, have thousands upon thousands of scraper sites linking to them. I it's about penguin, then id look into the other links deeper.
For client work I do, I just disavow them if the DA of the site is below 30. LOL.

I typically tell people not to worry about these types of sites. EVERYONE gets a little spam linkage, and it's rarely worth worrying about.
If you have been hit with a manual penalty or think you're being impacted by Penguin already, then yes, definitely include these domains in the disavow list. Technically Google wants you to try to have the links removed first.

If a link is not beneficial to your site and if you are worried about whether or not it will hurt you, there is no reason you shouldn't disavow that link. I would recommend that you are disavowing the entire domain rather than each link one by one. It will save you time and will prevent any further weirdness from happening on that specific domain.
Disavowing links can be tedious and annoying, but the whole concept of "better safe than sorry" comes into play here hardcore. An intern would be extremely useful in this situation.

Well here's the issue: my site has a penguin penalty so it means my link profile will be reviewed.

One of my site has a million of these links. No kidding.
I had nothing to do with these links. They are simply gifts from blackhats.
The site is very healthy, has kickass rankings, does not have any penguin or unnatural links problems, so I am doing nothing about those links.

Should I disavow these links?
Hi all, I have a ski website that I am currently performing a toxic backlink audit on. I have noted that a lot of the links being flagged as toxic/spammy by the tool I am using seem to be the same/similar sites with different URLs. The sites are vaguely related to skiing (relating to helicopter travel options for travelling to ski resorts) but it is concerning me that there are so many of them and they are being flagged as so toxic.

NoFollow & Directory Scraper Backlinks
I was wondering how important it was to remove/disavow: NoFollow backlinks - many ("buy viagra" etc). Directory backlinks - many questionable/generic directories. Obviously the focus is the equity passing links but both of the above constitute a significant proportion of backlinks to the site - I've seen that "scrapers" are seen as natural and obviously NoFollow do not pass link juice - but does the sheer number have a bearing and therefore make them equally important to address? Hi, we are trying to improve on the number of links to our website. A supplier has added a PDF file which is case study to their website. In the PDF it has a link to our website, will this count as a link or not? Thanks

How important is the originating country of backlinks?
How important is it that you gain backlinks from websites in the same country you're targeting? Scenario: You have a website targeting users in Japan. How important is it that backlinks to your website are from Japanese websites? Do you need a majority of links from Japanese websites to rank well, or will you do OK with 25% Japanese links and 75% links from other countries? According to Majestic, sites for popular Japanese brands like tsutaya.co.jp and seiyu.co.jp get more links from US sites than from Japanese sites.

How long after disavow do you submit reconsideration?
Hello everyone! I recently submitted a disavow link file to Google for the left over links I was unable to remove after the course of 3 months. I know that I have to submit a reconsideration request, too, but I wasn't sure how long I should wait. Will it be obvious once the disavow file has processed or is there no notification of it being processed/completed? I haven't seen any posts on other individuals mentioning anything on this topic. How Many Backlinks Per Day
I am starting to do some manual back-linking for a medium competition word with high traffic. I plan to start back linking with like niche blogs with non spam comments, like niche directories, like niche forums, and guest blogging. My domain is over 3 years old and ranks for multiple keywords, but I'm going to concentrate specifically on this keyword, but need to know how many links to back-link a day. Again none of these will be spam, but will be of real quality. I was thinking 10-20 a day, but unsure.
