Simply Report for new requests with Moz Pro Plus
-
Hi all
I'd like to know how can I construct a brief report to send to my potential customers when they first write me asking for general informations and evaluation about their websites and certain keywords for which they want to have a great rank.
I'd like to reply them with a short email, with a basic report attached, in which showing them some little details about their (and eventually their competitors) ranking and/or their website situation. It's just a brief professional introduction to our seo and web marketing services.
Now I'm doing it manually or with other seo tools, but I have just bought a Moz Pro Plus annually version and I'd like to use Moz for this activity. For example, when I first insert a new campaign, I don't see ranking for days so I can't send rankinh report.
Do you have any advice?
Thanks.

Moz does have some great tools but they are better for longer term watch than quick one offs. It does take days for the campaign to be "processed" and there isn't a way to speed things up, it's the design of the tool.
If you want to use Moz tools, then you'll still have to do some manual work - you can run some on-page reports to get an idea of their keywords and optimization. And the link tool could be helpful to get an idea of their link profile.
I suppose it depends on what aspects of their site performance you want to focus on for this initial report and you can map the Moz tools that perform those functions immediately.

Unsolved How Does MOZ Pro Help An E-Commerce Site Gain Rankings?
Added Maximum keywords on Moz Pro - Updated our SERP and optimized metas for all our products on Bookscardsnbikes. We are sorting out bad backlinks - and have google ads + and boosting our seo. And yet - no traffic or customers [minimal] Have been a business for one year. In short: can you take a look at our moz [Site Audit] and explain what we're missing to get our company off of the ground. We are more than okay with criticism - it helps us grow. Our layout and site design is completely fine and what we want. But we think its just a matter of being a new site that we aren't getting the amount of business we COULD have. Is the 200$ a month worth it? What is moz doing to help us grow? Best. Bookscardsnbikes

What impact has external links reported as http503
Hello I have 72 external broken links who are reported with a http 503 status. When I ask the owner of that site, he confirmed he has removed it from GA by using this status. My question is. Does this have an impact for the quality of my site? The site is available, there is no delay when you open the link. Thank you for your support. br

On Page Reports for Long-Tail Keywords?
First Q&A here, so take it easy on me. Hopefully this is not a dumb question. 99% of the on page reports I look at are for local keywords. I'm finding that some of the page reports get and F where they should be receiving A's. I noticed if I manage a long-tail keyword like "books in houston tx" that I get a grade based on the exact phrase as opposed to a combination of the keywords. So when I have text in the body saying "books in the Houston area" or "Houston Books" for example, instead of using my exact managed keyword, it will tell me that the keyword is not mentioned in the body anywhere. When it is, it's just not in the exact order... I'm trying to write my pages for users and I don't think the users want to hear "books in houston tx" several times. If I do a report on the same page for the keyword "books" I get an A. So this is where it gets a little in the grey area for me. I need a solid on page report for local long-tail search terms. Anyone have any advice? Is there a way I could be using this tool to better suit my needs?

Anchor Text Report in Open Site Explorer
When downloading an anchor text report in OSE, there are very often a bunch or anchor texts at the end of the report that have 0 next to them (i.e. anchor texts that come from 0 domains and from 0 links - if you want a URL to run as an example try www.bbc.co.uk/sport/ and paginate your way to page 7) Surely it is not possible for an anchor text to be found on zero domains/links - so how should these zeros be interpreted? There are numerous different anchor texts showing these zero's. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Pro Q&A Forum software?
Does anyone know of a PRO Q&A Forum software that could be used on our domain, www.curadebt.com ? This is a great way for people to earn points and help each other. We've tried other traditional forum software and it didn't work too well nor did people like to participate. Thanks!

What Does the SEO Moz Crawler Take Into account?
I'm working on a page that has links from some decent pages pointing to it, but a lot of them are low-value blog comments. So I'm pretty sure that its Page Authority is higher than it should be, compared to where it's ranking. Does SEO moz take the type of link into account? i.e. if it's a footer link, blog comment, or forum signature link; this should carry less weight than a link in the content of the page itself, as it does with Google.
