Thanks for the question. The longest a keywords ranking data should be in a pending status is a week, and this is only if you add a keyword(s) right after an update has just happened. I'd be happy to look into this further for you. Can you send a ticket into help[at]moz.com with the campaign this is in regards to? Need to Login EVERY TIME!
Since you switched from SEOMoz to Moz, every time I access the site (no matter if I close the browser or not) I am asked to login again, even though I am selecting the "Remember Me" option. Can you please fix that? PS: Same thing happens with OSE.
