Will moz crawl pages blocked by robots.txt and nofollow links?

i have over 2,000 temporary redirects in my campaign report

redirects are mostly events like being redirected to a login page before showing the actual data

im thinking of adding nofollow on the link so moz wont crawl the redirection to reduce the notification

will this solve my problem?

Hey Oscar,

Yes, Moz will not crawl nofollowed links, so this should solve your problem.

Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site.

Good morning, Yesterday, Moz gave me an error that is wasn't able to find our robots.txt file. However, this is a new occurrence, we've used Moz and its crawling ability many times prior; not sure why the error is happening now. I validated that the redirects and our robots page are operational and nothing is disallowing Roger in our robots.txt. Link report that is broken down by C Block?

I've tried to do this in the advanced reports are of Moz, but to no avail. I just want to be able to see all the links (and anchor text would be nice too) for each CBlock.

At what point do you think that an inbound link becomes a bad or low quality link when it comes to the inbound links page domain Authority and page Authority. SO as they are scored 1-100 in each case. At what score would you attempt to get rid of such links.

Not all pages are being crawled

I am set up on the PRO plan, I was under the impression that it would crawl up to 10,000 pages. My site has just over 200 pages, but whenever I am crawled it only crawls 121 pages. Is this normal? It's hard to know how reliable my data is because a significant amount of pages are missing.

Duplicate pages with canonical links still show as errors

On our CMS, there are duplicate pages such as /news, /news/, /news?page=1, /news/?page=1. From an SEO perspective, I'm not too worried, because I guess Google is pretty capable of sorting this out, but to be on the safe side, I've added canonical links. /news itself has no link, but all the other variants have links to "/news". (And if you go wild and add a bunch of random meaningless parameters, creating /news/?page=1&jim=jam&foo=bar&this=that, we will laugh at you and generate a canonical link back to "/news". We're clever like that.) So far so good. And everything appears to work fine. But SEOMoz is still flagging up errors about duplicate titles and duplicate content. If you click in, you'll see a "Note" on each error, showing that SEOMoz has found the canonical link. So SEOMoz knows the duplication isn't a problem, as we're using canonical links exactly the way they're supposed to be used, and yet is still flagging it as an error. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it just a bug in SEOMoz?

Too Many On-Page Links: Crawl Diag vs On-Page

I've got a site I'm optimizing that has thousands of 'too many links on-page' warnings from the SeoMoz crawl diagnostic. I've been in there and realized that there are indeed, the rent is too damned high, and it's due to a header/left/footer category menu that's repeating itself. So I changed these links to NoFollow, cutting my total links by about 50 per page. I was too impatient to wait for a new crawl, so I used the On Page Reports to see if anything would come up on the Internal Link Count/External Link Count factors, and nothing did. However, the crawl (eventually) came back with the same warning. I looked at the link Count in the crawl details, and realized that it's basically counting every single '<a href'="" on="" the="" page.="" because="" of="" this,="" i="" guess="" my="" questions="" are="" twofold:<="" p=""></a> <a href'="" on="" the="" page.="" because="" of="" this,="" i="" guess="" my="" questions="" are="" twofold:<="" p="">1. Is no-follow a valid strategy to reduce link count for a page? (Obviously not for SeoMoz crawler, but for Google)</a> <a href'="" on="" the="" page.="" because="" of="" this,="" i="" guess="" my="" questions="" are="" twofold:<="" p="">2. What metric does the On-Page Report use to determine if there are too many Internal/External links? MOZ Crawler only crawling one page per campaign

We set up some new campaigns, and now for the last two weekly crawls, the crawler is only accessing one page per campaign. Any ideas why this is happening? PS - two weeks back we did "upgrade" the account. Could this have been an issue?
