Why are my changes not being updated?

Last week, I was notified of having a lot of duplicated title pages. I've recently made the changes on my website with unique content.
I went back on MOZ this morning, and I'm still notified with the same problems. However, when I check the back end of that specific page, I see the changes already made. My question is, why are my changes not being updated in MOZ? Does it take awhile for MOZ to recognize this or am I missing a step?

Lastly, I've been using this pattern in regards to meta tag titles...
company name | description
Since all the descriptions are unique, would it still be considered a duplicate, given that I'm always including the company name?

Pipe symbols don't hurt, the suck up one character spot as any other symbol. Just make sure your title tags are readable and enticing to the potential viewer. In other words.. make it seem to me like "this is the page I want to visit to learn more about sourcing coffee from Ethiopa." So maybe it should read more naturally like "Klatch Coffee Blog: Our Ethiopian Sourcing Trip"
That's what I would do. Not only does that save characters, but it reads more like a Title. Make sense?

I'll checkout the weekly updates.
On a side note, I've been changing the meta tag titles to make it more organized. I was wondering if using the symbol "|" to divide the categories would be necessary to have, or would it hurt my overall results?
For example: Klatch Coffee | Coffee Blog | Ethiopia Sourcing Trip

Moz crawl your site weekly and any updates to duplicate content issues will get updated at that time.
The actual day it gets crawled varies depending on account I believe. You can check when it's due in the Crawl Diagnostics section of the campaign overview. At the bottom right you should see last crawl date and when next is due.
So any fixes you're making won't be reflected until the next Moz crawl.

Moz only updates campaigns once a week. This usually happens on a Monday, but chances are your campaign has not been updated yet. It should tell you on all of these pages when exactly the last update was done so you can confirm, but I'm sure this is your issue..
You'll get an email notification when your campaign has been updated and is ready for you to view as well.

Structured Data - How frequent does Google update?
Hi all, I recently updated some markup on my site about a week ago. However, when using the structured data testing tool and inserting the URL of the page that was updated with the schema, I see that the schema being recognized does not reflect the updated markup. However, when I use the structured data testing tool again and insert the code I used for the schema, I see no errors and all info was implemented properly. Any idea why my updates (which seem to be correct based on my code) are not reflecting when testing the URL of my site via structured data testing tool? Is there some delay for this data to update? Updating Old Content - Should I update In Search Console?
Hey Mozzers If I'm updating old content on a site (for example adding some copy and adding some new links in the page) - Is it important to get Google to recrawl with the feature in webmaster tools? If you didn't do this, could you be waiting a long time for google to recrawl the URL? Cheers!

Site hacked in Jan. Redeveloped new site. Still not ranking. Should we change domain?
Our top ranking site in the UK was hacked at the end of 2014. http://www.ultimatefloorsanding.co.uk/ The site was the subject of a manual spam action from Google. After several unsuccessful attempts to clean it up, using Securi.net and reinstating old versions of the site, changing passwords etc. we took the decision to redevelop the site. We also changed hosting provider as we had received absolutely no support from them whatsoever in resolving the issue. So far we have: Removed the old website files off the server Developed a new website having implemented 301's for all the old URL's (except the spam ones) Submitted a reconsideration request for the manual spam action, which was accepted. Disavowed all the spammy inbound links through Webmaster Tools Implemented custom URL parameters through Google to not index the SPAM URLs ( which were using parameters) Our organic traffic is down by 63% compared to last year, and we are not ranking for most of our target keywords any longer. Is there anything that I am missing in the actions I have taken so far? We were advised that at this stage changing domain and starting again might be the way to go. GWT Change of Address Keeps Failing
Followed Google's instructions for using the Change of Address Tool in GWT to move rethinkisrael.org to www.fromthegrapevine.com. I'm getting this message, "We tried to reconfirm ownership of your old site (rethinkisrael.org) and failed. Make sure your verification token is present, and try again."Even though the site is verified, we undid the DNS change, and checked the meta verification tag. The tag is correct. And, since the site is ALREADY verified there was NO way to 'veryify' in GWT again. The message in GWT says "verification successful."We redid the DNS change, tried again to do the address change and get the same error message. Any ideas?

Changing the order of items on page against Google Terms & Conditions?
Good day, I am wondering if anybody here has done something like this before. I have a page in one of my sites that contains a number of different - but related - free resources. The resources can be sorted in different ways once the user is on the page. Now I am starting an outreach campaign, and want to be able to send out custom URLS (which pretty much means they have different query strings after them like '?id=123' ) so that when a person clicks on the link to the page it brings up the stuff they are more likely to be interested in at the top. I expect - hope - that some of these people will put links back to this page as a result of this. Now all the links may be slightly different, but they will come to the same page and the content will look slightly different. I will make sure to have the rel=canonical tag in place. Does anybody know if this would be in violation of Google Terms and Conditions. I can't see how, but I wanted to see what the experts here on Moz think before moving forward. Thanks in advance.
