Is anyone else having a problem with OSE not displaying any data except for domain and page authority?

We're not experiencing any known errors with OSE not displaying full data. If this problem persists, it may be specific to your account - if this is the case, please email help@moz.com and attach a screenshot of what you're seeing, and our handy-dandy Help team will be able to dig into it for you!

Hello, Recently i was reviewing backlinks of one of the HTTPS domain and was socked to see the difference of backlinks in Majestic SEO and OSE tool. I tried a lot to find the option to explore the backlink of HTTPS domain but i think OSE is not providing that. Can anyone suggest the tool or method to find link report of HTTPS domains? How to trace 4XX errors in campaign data?

I am trying to resolve a number of 4XX (Client Error) issues noted in my campaign report, but I have no idea where they are originating. All I get is the broken link, the status code, the page authority and the number of linking root domains. How do I identify where the erroring link originates? Is it coming from within my website, or from an external website? I have gone through my site in great detail looking for these links, but can't find any evidence of them. I also use a broken link detection plugin and it reports no problems whatsoever. Is there a way I can drill down into these 404 links and get more detail about where they are coming from?

Difference in data between http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty and http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/

Hi, Has any once else experienced any difference in data between http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/ and http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty Please look at the attached image. For "http://www.webmd.com/diet/guide/choosing-weight-loss-program" and "http://www.freedieting.com/" page authority and domain authority match exactly. But for "http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/weight-loss/plans/" data does not match. The data from "http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/" was retrieved brely 60 seconds latter after data from "http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty". We used our custom app for retrieve data from "http://lsapi.seomoz.com/linkscape/url-metrics/". The columns were matched against the specs given in "http://apiwiki.seomoz.org/w/page/13991153/URL-Metrics-API". We are retrieving following columns 1)ut(Title) 2)ueid(External Links) 3)uid(Links) 4)umrp(mozRank) 5)upa(Page Authority) 6)pda(Domain Authority) Any help will be greatly appreciated. zvFif.jpg

My followed backlinks tab is not showing any data?

My followed backlinks tab is not showing any data for any of my campaigns. other tabs are shwoing data like top pages but nothing under followedbacklinks. Is anyone else having this problem?

OSE Domains & Subdomains

Is there a compelling reason that OSE treats subdomains as part of a parent domain, rather than as a separate site? Or is this just a technical limitation? I ask because it's my understanding that Google treats subdomains more like separate domains than like parts of the parent domain. OSE treating them more like folders creates some frustrating situations when researching niches that are heavily filled with blospot and wordpress.com blogs. First of all, the domain authority in these situations is not at all indicative of the strength of the site. It also makes it hard to evaluate linking root domains at a glance, since all blogspot blogs count as one domain. So to see all blogspot sites linking you have to go to the full link list -- where each site may be listed hundreds of times -- and you can't group them because they're all considered the same domain. To be sure you when researching these niches you can just throw out domain authority as a metric, and export every report to excel where you can sort things in a way to make it easier to separate sites. But if there isn't a compelling SEO reason to have OSE function this way, I'd love to see those subdomains treated as separate sites so I can have access to all the easy to use SEOmoz metrics and layouts without the extra work. And of course if there is a compelling SEO reason for subdomains to be treated as domains, I'd love to be educated! : )

Using Keyword Difficulty Report along with OSE to calculate SEO Pricing?

Has anyone thought of or created a algorithm or Excel function that uses the results from the Keyword Difficulty Report percentage of difficulty and SERP ranking analysis set against potential client's own OSE rankings to come up with an estimated SEO pricing tool?

Any SEO moz users notice a HUGE change in OSE (Open Site Explorer) link data numbers?

Hi All, I am having some serious concern with OSE data recently for numerous clients, one client I want to talk about today has the following data from OSE for the month of August 2011 compared with July 2011: Total links to the domain: (decrease of around 100,000+)
External Followed links: (decrease by around 5,000)
**Linking Root domains: (decrease of over 60) ** The crazy thing is that the domain authority has actually gone up by around 5 points for this client even though every thing has suddenly gone down? Also funny thing is we have been link building quite strong for this client over the last 12 months using only high quality sources from out niche. I am worried that their is serious issues with the data, I realise we saw some updates to OSE recently yet I am suprised it can be this drastic. Kind Regards. PSV
