When Moz provides an on-page grade report card, what tells Moz which keyword to grade for?

I just started working with the on-page grader and of couse am particularly interested in fixing my pages with not so stellar grades. Can someone tell me how SEO Moz decides what keyword to grade a page for? I receive a report each week that tells me how many pages I have with A's, B's etc. But what tells Moz to grade a page for a particular keyword? Is it the first keyword listed in the meta description?

They're automatically chosen. If the keyword is ranking in the top 50 of your preferred search engine, the keyword is added. We have some more information at http://moz.com/help/pro/on-page-reports that should help.

"Avoid Keyword Stuffing in Document"
If a blog (or any other page) publishes an article, and that article attracts a considerable number of questions, it is inevitable to prevent repeating the keyword on that page. In other words, using keywords by users in comments should not be considered as "Keyword Stuffing". In my view, if this is true, you need to optimize the detection of "Keyword Stuffing".

Moz Keyword Explorer how long does it take to gather metrics
Looking at some low volume keywords, I get lots of "Gathering Metrics". These don't seem to be updating with metrics. How long does this typically take, should I set and come back in a couple of hours, overnight? Should I leave the screen open, or will this stop it working? Justin

Keywords Score Meter
Hi Moz, I am using the keywords difficulty tool from your site and find it is quite useful 🙂 I research the community and find the data should be interpreted in the following way. But when I did a quick research for one keyword. The tool bar gives me a data of 22% showing in Yellow and says the keyword is competitive when I hover my mouse. Should this be **Blue **and easy to rank keyword based on the score? Which one should I believe? Sub 30 - (Blue) Low hanging fruit you can take advantage of. 30 - 35 (Green) Fairly easy with good on page and some quality anchored links. 35 - 40 - (Yellow) Will take a bit more work but still in reach may require, good on-site SEO and a solid link profile. 40 - 50 (Orange) Domain authority plays a much more pivotal role so it may take longer to rank for. 50+ (Red) All about resources. Onsite SEO needs to be totally nailed, including internal linking/ topic modelling etc. a strong & diverse link profile with good social signals and ... time. Thanks in advance. In Moz Medium Pro how many pages can you track for keyword rankings at a time? I know you can track up to 50 in Standard.
I would possibly like to upgrade my subscription from Standard to Medium because I want to be able to track more pages in Rank Tracker. Unfortunately, the product descriptions do not include how many pages you can track in Rank Tracker.

Keyword Difficulty Tool - Bulk Data of Specifics?
For the keyword difficulty tool, if I want to see the details, I have to click on the keyword in order to see the list of the competitors and their DA and RLRDs. Is there a way to download this list for all of the keywords and their DA and RLRDs? The only bulk I can download is the list of keywords in my difficulty tool list along with their Bing search volume and keyword difficulty %. Thanks!!!1
