Opensiteexplorer missing links

Hi There
I was just checking www.cellartours.com on opensiteexplorer and I noticed that it was missing a link from yahoo directory http://dir.yahoo.com/business_and_economy/shopping_and_services/travel_and_transportation/tour_operators/culinary/ sixth from the top. That's kinda big one to be missing, no?

Whatever links we find are the ones used in the DA calculation. It's also why if we have a smaller link set in an index the DA can go down.

does this mean that dir.yahoo links are not counted in DA calculation?

we have one wikipedia link http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovocné_kytice we saw it once at our linking root domains and links but at new crawl it disappeared..
I guess same reason ? big site no time to crawl all

It is actually a few layers deep in the directory structure, which is why we may not have crawled it. We can't crawl all of the huge sites like Yahoo, Twitter, etc. because then we wouldn't have the resources to crawl anything else.
Has it shown up as a link in the past?

GWT and internal link emulation
Hi, I have a gwt site - www.whatiswhere.com. I have tab control which emulates the menue. I am planning to put <a>links instead of text into tab labels to create internal links. I am thinking to add java script to onclick event of</a> <a>otherwise i will get to the new session of GWT site. What I want is to just change the tab but at the same time have a link for the crawler. Would my approach work? Will it be equivalent to non-follow link? Too Many On-Page Links Notice
When calculating the number of links on a page, are navigation links included in the total? I have all of my navigation links within the <nav>element. I would think that there are a lot of sites out there that easily exceed the 100 link recommendation if you add up nav and footer links. </nav>

Presenting Link Building Information to Clients
Hi, I am hoping for some help concerning (from other SEO's Agencies, Consultants, etc.) what would you have found to be the best tool to present to your clients that you are doing the work the client paid for? I have a number of clients to perform various SEO services for them and so I have chosen MOZ.com as my TPA to show a good visual presentation of what I have done and how the site is trending, since coming on board. I have been using SEOMoz.com or MOZ.com for a while now and I have always found it a fantastic product. However, I did wish that I could generate reports for each client and it would be automatically emailed to the contact person I have been working with. But, my big dilemma is what TPA should I use in conjunction with MOZ.com - RavenTools.com or BuzzStream.com - when it pertains to Link Building Management. Once again, I have used both, but I have found RavenTools.com a tool with a lot more features and I can present information about what links I have generated to each client. Buzzstream.com is not as useful when it comes to this. So, I have been presenting the clients that I have with information for MOZ.com (KPI's - Organic Search, Traffic and New Visitors etc as a measurement of my Link Building efforts) but they want to have more detailed information about each link that I have gotten for them. Pinterest Back Links Showing For One Website But Not Other in OSE
Hello, I have verified my business websites on both of my pinterest accounts for the following websites Http://www.prickettproperties.com and Http://www.ChicFamilyTravels.com The backlinks for prickett shows up in OSE, but not for ChicFamily. I am curious as to why that is? Thanks in advance for your help

Open site explorer linking root domains
My company has been trying to increase the number of linking root domains for a specific page on our website using our PR company and press releases that are sent out and linked back to this page. This is working nicely, but the number of linking root domains is still not increasing under the "linking root domains" tab. I am noticing the correct links to this domain under "fresh web mentions" though. I know this tool can take a bit to update, but it has been quite some time and I still only see the one link.
