How do I cancel my MozPro subscription?

I've sent a couple of emails. I know everyone there is busy.
But I'd like to cancel my MozPro subscription and not sure how to go about it.

Jo from the Moz help team here, I'm updating this thread with the new process to cancel:
- click on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner
- from the drop-down menu click on Account & Billing
- click "Cancel Moz Pro" https://screencast.com/t/KYRHgvCLd
- confirm cancellation on the next page

Thanks, I was just able to successfully cancel subscription.
From what I understood when I signed up, I will not be charged at all. I both signed up and cancelled today for moz pro.
Is that the case? would anyone know?

I just signed up for 30 day trial today and wish to cancel. I don't usually trust companies with my credit card details, and want to cancel straight away.
Can someone please advise how to do this.

In the upper right-hand corner by "Campaigns & Tools" there's the symbol that looks like a Head with a few lines next to it. Click that and in the dropdown is "Billing & Subscription". On that page you'll find a link to Cancel.

Why have I been charged by Moz for a Pro Subscription?
I recently used the trial free 1 month subscription for Moz Pro as it was suggested in a continued education course I was doing. My email was hacked and I had no access to it for which I had no access to Moz and while getting my email sorted, I got this message that they have charged me and it has come off my account for next month. They also took the money off my account which is extremely difficult for me as I am a student and cannot afford an expense as such. This is creating havoc for me. Currently Moz Pro a service charged in US$ is too expensive for me in India as a student. Any advice on how to get this amount reversed. Today is the day the invoice was sent and immediately afterwards they charged me the amount.
