How long does it usually take Moz to populate information for a new Web site?
-
We recently launched (9/13/2013) an e-commerce Website and added the campaign to SEO MOZ. Week after week the Domain Rank is 1 and none of our keyword stats or link stats are populated. We have another Moz campaign that posts weekly updates and is doing extremely well. I'm just wondering how long it usually takes Moz to start populating all the analysis stats? I'm also wondering if there might be a campaign setting buried somewhere that I need to enable or maybe it just takes more than 5 weeks? Any insights would be much appreciated. Here's the new URL we need to track with MOZ: http://www.imsportshq.com

Hi Trip/Monique!
Glad it is working on your end!

Thank you to David for his expert help with our iM Sports Moz campaign. Our campaign data is now populating properly and we can work to further optimize our pages for our e-commerce needs.

David,
Is there any possibility of a discount on this month's charges? It took us three months to put together the site and we were counting on doing an in depth SEO round of editing in the first week of October. It's an e-commerce site so Moz is a crucial part of our overall strategy. Anything you could do would be much appreciated while we wait for the fix to roll out.
Best Regards,
Trip

David,
I appreciate your e-mail as I've been double and triple checking all the campaign settings to see if there's something I'm missing. Is there an estimated time when the fix will be rolled out? Thanks again for your help.
Best Regards,
Trip (I work with Monique)

Hi Monique!
I have sent an email to you regarding your campaign not collecting data. Let me know if you have not received it and I will send another!
Cheers

You should have ranking/keyword stats starting to appear after a week, if you are ranking for those keywords.
As far as your DA being 1 within Moz, this is normal, because you created a brand new website, so it has no authority. Now it may have some authority since your September launch; however, Moz can take some time to update its index, "A typical timeline for getting a page/site included in Mozscape is 45-60 days, sometimes less for very important or well-linked-to-pages."
Hope the helps.
Also, if you have any other questions regarding being newer to Moz tools, Moz Help has some great FAQs, videos, and how-tos.

Moz Pro Warning: Redirect Chain
I have just signed up to a Moz Pro account, and after it finished crawling my website it gave me a warning about a redirection chain. http://elementpaints.com >> https://elementpIaints.com >> https://www.elementpaints.com I'm trying to find some more information about how to fix this problem but I'm not having much luck. This article I found even says it is not a problem: https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/avoid-landing-page-redirects So now I'm even more confused, do I still need to fix this? If so, how do I do that? FYI: I have Lets Encrypt SSL cert installed on my server, and I'm using Cloudflare with Full SSL option and HSTS enabled, and "Always Use HTTPS" option is turned on. | http://elementpaints.com |

Long tail searches
I maintain a site that provides access to bankruptcy records. I want to try an optimize the site for searches involving the case name and generic terms like "bankruptcy filing". So, the keyword would be "(case name) bankruptcy filing". How do I use Moz to help when the number of case names is high (100,000+)? Any other suggestions for what to do when working on long tail matches?
